Take this feedback for improvement! Nothing personal, the brisket sandwich was super cold and the Mac n cheese I recommend you don’t get, tasted like velveta, and my friend got a salad it was horrible and it was $20 total was $40 for all of this… Either you’re in 100 percent or you’re out, don’t half a** it! Service was also not super friendly and had their walls up, please improve so you can be better for the next person!

The food was awesome! They had closed earlier than normal on the day before Thanksgiving but 20 minutes later they still took my order. Thanks for being there for us!!!

After coming back to get the nachos we placed our order, we're given the "buzzer", and sat down. I quickly noticed that it does not have a red light or any type of indicator that it was charged. When I approach the lady, she said it was fine.... For an hour of waiting for nachos, I approached again and spoke to the gentleman with dreadlocks. He was rude and asked me multiple times, but the issue as to which I replied I believe our Beiser does not have any battery life and it's been an hour.... He made the nachos in about 15 seconds right in front of me and they were maybe a 1/3 the size of everyone else who ordered. I tipped the maximum amount and get treated like shit. Hire better "help". I hope not, but looks like This gentlemen is going to learn the hard way how things work. Do better. Terrible customer service. Rude, entitled and crappy food. Enjoy at your own risk!!

Was here last year and it was amazing. Brought the family back this year to eat the brisket nachos. This year there was barely any brisket on the nachos, extremely disappointing. Asked the workers about the amount of meat on the nachos (suppose to be piled high) and they said they put the right amount of meat on our nachos. My son and I walked away and they laughed at us! My son called them out about laughing at us. My son walked by a few minutes later to get food from another place and they stared him down. Really bad employee behavior. I would not be writing this review if they didn't laugh at us or stare my son down.

This brisket would be great if only it was cut properly (against the grain, instead of with the grain). How hard is it to cut brisket?

We ordered the pork nachos and the flavor was very tasty BUT, they were cold and pretty stingy with the pork- for $25 you expect them to be hot and full of the protein. It's unfortunate because the flavors were good. It can't be blamed on being busy because the entire place was dead on a cold rainy night.

Service was lacking. Meat tasted old? Mac n cheese was mushy. Would be nice if the sandwiches come with toast instead of the bun. Their sauce is pretty decent.
I am incredibly concerned for anyones safety that eats at local smoke. After ordering there last night we will be contacting the health department first thing Monday morning regarding temperatures and practice of serving food.

Bbq wasn't that great, not a smoker in sight- assuming this is warmed up/commercial bbq. I got the pulled pork nachos which the pulled pork tasted reheated and mushy, the nachos had far too much queso that made the thin chips runny. The seating is good, plenty of seating and surrounding takeaway restaurants that a group could come here and get a variety of different things. The place has potential, but the bbq was lacking.

We ordered a pound pork and it was really a 1/3 pound with 2/3 pound of gristle and fat. I took it back to the counter and the lady said well you've already eaten on it. Well of course, how would I know it was fat til I tasted it. And then I had a pile of 2/3 pound of fat on the platter. We've eaten here several times and it was good, but tonight's quality was terrible. Very disappointed!

Amazing spot! We are visiting and just tried this place on a whim and I'm glad we did. The brisket is phenomenal and is good enough to not even need sauce. But their barbecue sauces are also delicious and provide a good variety to the meal. As far as sides, we weren't as hot on the baked beans. They were super heavy and didn't have a ton of flavor. Would have loved to see some onion or bacon or something in them, and maybe thinned out a bit. But the cucumber salad was surprisingly super good! A nice lighter side to go with the heavier meal. The service staff was super friendly and helpful and they have a great area to sit in. Would highly recommend!
