I stopped by to check out this quaint little cigar bar and enjoy a smoke. The indoor seating is limited, but the place is clean ano well-maintained. They also have an outdoo screened patio with comfortable seating.
I was interested in trying the sweeter "Luke Bryan" cigar; however, they sold me the wrong cigar, which was quite disappointing. I ended up spending $ on a smoke that l didn't enjoy. When I mentioned to the staff that I had received the wrong cigar, she apologized but did not offer to rectify the situation.
Additionally, there is inconsistency in their pricing: the website price is $32 per stick, while in the store, it's $35.

Was there on Thursday 6/20/2025 and had a great time. Came back on Sunday 6/22/2025 to buy a box of the Davidoff Golden bands, and the price had gone up $6 a cigar ($60 a box). The exact same cigar went up $60 a box in three days? Very disappointing. So, I grabbed a Padron that was listed at $28 in their humidor only to get to the register and it ring up at $35….$7 more???? The girl working said she couldn’t adjust the price even though it was advertised at a lower price. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I was a fan of this place but will never be back. Terrible service and terrible customer service. Shame on Paul and Luke.

Recently “getting back” in the cigar world. Great location. Staff has been friendly and helpful each trip and the store has a nice selection.
Side note: some of you complaining about not being able to smoke cigarettes or your own cigars in the establishment are pitiful. There are signs right in front of you. If you disagree with the house rules give your business to someone else, it’s simple. Why bash a business for it?

While on vacation with my family group of 4 . We order drinks and 1 person in the group does not drink at all they had was water to offer. So we ordered 2 wines and a beer . Then I ask for a light for my cigar and was told I can not smoke it cause it was not bought in there establishment in a rude way. Been to cigars lounges around the world and never had a bad experienced. I definitely would had stayed longer and bought more drinks but felt un welcomed.

Flew all the way down from Houston, Texas just so I can experience this Cigar lounge Being a huge fan of Luke Bryan, That being said, the lounge is posted in a beautiful part of town and the lounge both has indoor and outdoor seating with good country music and good Drinks. They carry only brands from Davidoff, Fuente, and Padron As far as I can see. I very much enjoyed my time, however, I only have one Gripe, The Young blonde, headed girl who served me Offered to cut and light my cigar for me, which is a very nice gesture, however When she cut it, she cut it sideways with a V cutter when I asked her for a guillotine cut. the Cigar still had a perfect draw So I didn’t Think much of it, however when she started lighting it, she was burning the wrapper instead of the foot. Oof my heart broke a little. While I was smoking, I saw their merchandise on sale and decided to purchase a hat. Well, I went up to the counter She was texting on her phone and didn’t even notice I was waiting for service. Even though I was standing Directly in front of her. Made me feel as if she didn’t really care too much about customer service. Other than that, I had a pretty good time and would still recommend coming to the lounge and giving it a try!

Webpage says you close at 11pm. I arrived at 9:45pm and the bartender was calling last call? They were turning lights on, closing the sliding doors moving cushions,etc.
All while there is a room FULL of local patrons trying to have fun and Karaoke and support your business, we could’ve gone anywhere and we chose Shore Thing.
DJ said no more karaoke we are closing.
I asked one of the young girls why they were closing early bc website says 11pm She replied “yeah, we’re just not feeling it tonight so we are closing”.
This is NOT the first time these 3 that run the show there have been rude and arrogant to your guests (locals) who try support you year round. It’s like if it’s not their friends or what they want to do. They just close shop?

I went in to smoke a cigar. I brought my own cigar and asked the bartender if I could use their cutter to cut my cigar. She said, “No, since I did not purchase the cigar with her!” Seriously! I will never visit again. Where has American hospitality and kindness gone?!

I’m super disappointed that I have to give a one star review… I live here locally, and have been wanting to check this place out for a while; after following on all socials, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
So my fiancé and I walk in, the bartender did not greet us, we stood there for a minute trying to figure out how the experience works… After we sit down at the bar, the bartender finally looks up from her phone, and says “ do you guys want anything to drink?”
We both order a drink, neither of us were offered a cigar, or asked if this was our first time visiting. She never offered us a a second round of drinks, and did I mention she was on her phone the ENTIRE time?
(Mind you, it says on their website that they can pair a cigar with a drink, and that this is place to be whether you’re a newbie or a cigar connoisseur.)
