The manager Nicole was super helpful today amidst my morning mental breakdown 🥴🤣 she helped me order my coffee and gave me an alternative with MORE CAFFEINE!!!! Literally EXACTLY what I needed!! I don’t often leave reviews, but I’m hoping someone from corporate will see this. I order here pretty frequently due to the convenience of location. My typical order is either a vanilla iced latte or a few shots of espresso on ice with maybe a creamer- not too difficult. As a former employee myself, I am aware of the flavor profile and quality each beverage should be crafted to. I have ordered easily 100 drinks from this location and maybe 5/100 were made correctly. I have brought the issue up with different staff members and nothing has been done to address the quality and accuracy of their beverages. Definitely not going to order from here in the future.

This location may be new, but it has gone downhill. It’s dirty, not fully stocked, and both of my drinks were made incorrectly. When I asked for more creamer to fix one, the staff told me to specify the amount next time. I explained that I was only adding more because they made the drink wrong and that I was being kind by not asking for a remake. Disappointing experience overall. Young girl at register was rude. 12:00 Wed 5/28 not particularly busy. Unacceptable

Not happy came here at 7:15 both doors locked it states open until 8 pm the gal inside was staring at me . Once I got in the car I took a picture of the time and map sadly disappointed with Starbucks . I know they are all having a hard time , but this isn't helping their stores 😞

So confused with the Starbucks locations near Rosemary Beach. Consistently waiting 10-15 minutes *after* my mobile order pickup was supposed to be ready based on initial wait time. They seem like newer locations so maybe a lack of staff or experience but truly shocked at consistently slow service.
The staff was lovely and efficient, and my food and beverages were terrific!

I ordered through the app. I don’t know if your location was busy, but it was extra for strawberry cold foam, and I didn’t get foam or cinnamon powder like I ordered, so now Idk if oat milk was actually used. Didn’t receive siracha either, as placed in my order. Please instruct baristas to properly read tickets once pulled. Didn’t enjoy
