This has been my go to Starbucks for ages. The best starbucks I have ever been too!!! Maddie was incredibly patient with me, and always extremely friendly, but she’s not the only one. All the baristas have been noting but kind, and the reason I keep on coming back!

Ian and Gabby go above and beyond for their customers! They make their customers feel loved and appreciated! I’m thankful for them! Everyone here is amazing and we are blessed to have them in Watersound! Love yall!❤️🫶🏽❤️

I go to this Starbucks at least once a week. I always order a mocha cookie crumble frap. I never know what I'll get. There is no consistency in the drink making. Sometimes there's no mocha, or no cookie crumbles. You get the picture. This is either a training issue or just not caring on the part of the barrista.

Beautifully updated store. All of our cups were consistently written on throughout our visit. Only thing noticeable was lack of sequencing and not being welcomed

New, beautiful, clean Starbucks.
I had horrible service.
Walked in and it took 9 minutes to get a coffee to go. I was the ONLY customer in the store.

The employees (3 of them) were too busy getting curbside pickups ready that none could take a break and help me.

I finally had to say “excuse me could someone get me a coffee?”

It was so awkward to stand there staring at 3 employees and have no one help me for so long.

Not good multi tasking.

Honestly everyone here is so pleasant and professional! The manager Nicole was super helpful today amidst my morning mental breakdown 🥴🤣 she helped me order my coffee and gave me an alternative with MORE CAFFEINE!!!! Literally EXACTLY what I needed!! Saved the day!! Thanks for making my day so much better every time I come in!!!

I don’t often leave reviews, but I’m hoping someone from corporate will see this. I order here pretty frequently due to the convenience of location. My typical order is either a vanilla iced latte or a few shots of espresso on ice with maybe a creamer- not too difficult. As a former employee myself, I am aware of the flavor profile and quality each beverage should be crafted to. I have ordered easily 100 drinks from this location and maybe 5/100 were made correctly. I have brought the issue up with different staff members and nothing has been done to address the quality and accuracy of their beverages. Definitely not going to order from here in the future.

Awful. They did everyone else’s drinks (multiple) that was in line behind us before finishing our one drink. Rude and entitled workers who need to give more respect to all customers.

This location may be new, but it has gone downhill. It’s dirty, not fully stocked, and both of my drinks were made incorrectly. When I asked for more creamer to fix one, the staff told me to specify the amount next time. I explained that I was only adding more because they made the drink wrong and that I was being kind by not asking for a remake. Disappointing experience overall. Young girl at register was rude. 12:00 Wed 5/28 not particularly busy. Unacceptable
