Drive thru cashier 11:45am saturday october 12th. did not say hello...good bye...had very nasty attitude even after being nice and smiling did not say one single word. Made my old mother reach in window cause he didnt wanna put his arm outšŸ™„.

Employees do need a little training on helping customers with rewards it seems like none of the employees know how to do the rewards. Otherwise I would give it a 5 stars

I called and I’m assuming talked to the manger. I asked her to make the drink a certain way because I got it delievered and I couldn’t add it on the DoorDash app. She continued to leave off certain ingredients on purpose to be petty. Disgusting behavior

I ordered a drink, they didn’t make it, and manager acted more upset and put out and ā€œasked to see my receiptā€ like I was lying about ordering it, and while making the drink huffed and puffed and slammed stuff around. Not upset about the order, but rather her response

I've been to this dunkin around 15 times. Every time I go the people are always nice. I'm always there in the morning before 8am. I never have to wait for anything long. Getting coffee is a hit or miss if it's good or bad. Majority being bad. I drink more tea and that's never an issue. But the food is 100% terrible. The muffins always seem old. The doughnuts are always lacking in variety and seem old as well. Now the cooked food is worse. Everything is freezer burnt. I've tried something different every time I go and it's always bad tasting. The other issue is the place is always dirty. The floors are sticky. The bathroom is nasty. And the glass case is never wiped down. This place needs help.

Farmer and The Dell

Five employees working, 8:20am on a Friday.

We ordered a frozen coffee, ham and cheese croissant stuffer and a donut.

Order was completed in about four minutes, drink was great. The croissant was a little more toasty than I'd like, but only really in one spot and I didn't notice until after we left. Did not affect overall taste.

Exterior and interior seemed clean. Men's restroom was stocked.

One staff member can only be described as being extremely rude! Why have a young person with such attitude on your staff? The place needs a good cleaning, come on! This is America’s best coffee shop? Get real!

No one can even smile? This is the second time the past 2 weeks my order has been messed up 2/4 the lady in the drive through couldn't even be bothered to smile, so then I had to go in to get my order after waiting for 7 minutes where
She asked me to and everyone in there was just rude, manager couldn't even be bothered to smile.... I worked in fast food 1. It isn't that hard to smile and 2. Just read back the order to make sure you know what the customer wants...

This Dunkin’ Donuts is a chaotic circus of incompetence! I ordered a simple coffee, not a rocket science experiment. They can’t even get that right. It’s like they’re on a mission to ruin my day, one wrong order at a time. I’d have better luck getting my caffeine fix from a vending machine. Time to dunk this Dunkin’ disappointment!

When I called about a issue was disrespected and treated like an idiot. The drinks taste terrible. I worked at Dunkin for 2 years. I know how to make all the drinks and how they should taste. I wasn't calling for a refund I was calling to tell them for next time someone orders it they can fix it before hand. 8:30 pm on the window. If you don't like your job and feel the need to be rude and disrespectful try working somewhere else. More then 3 people heard the phone call. If I could rate no stars I would.
