This Dunkin’ Donuts is a chaotic circus of incompetence! I ordered a simple coffee, not a rocket science experiment. They can’t even get that right. It’s like they’re on a mission to ruin my day, one wrong order at a time. I’d have better luck getting my caffeine fix from a vending machine. Time to dunk this Dunkin’ disappointment!

When I called about a issue was disrespected and treated like an idiot. The drinks taste terrible. I worked at Dunkin for 2 years. I know how to make all the drinks and how they should taste. I wasn't calling for a refund I was calling to tell them for next time someone orders it they can fix it before hand. 8:30 pm on the window. If you don't like your job and feel the need to be rude and disrespectful try working somewhere else. More then 3 people heard the phone call. If I could rate no stars I would.

Messed up my order again, burnt cheese on the sandwich, cold hash browns and totally wrong from the order I gave at the drive thru menu. Highly recommend looking over this Dunkin and find a better managed establishment.

My husband and I just went to Duncan Donuts for some cream, he ordered a hot fudge Sunday and I ordered a strawberry Sunday, neither one of us got any toppings, so we went back through the line and the girl said (with an attitude) our hot fudge machine is broke, my husband asked why didn't you tell me, then I said I didn't get any toppings either she got even more mad and said I will replace them so we waited 30 plus min we figured she wasn't coming back so we left!!! Worst Dunk-in Donuts do not go there 19 n forest oaks the place is full of kids that don't care

The location is a small location with a limited menu, but what the menu lacks the staff makes up in courtesy and professionalism. Thank you for a great experience and great donuts.Kid-friendliness: Staff was very friendly to my children.Parking: Ample parking located outside.

It's a hit and miss this time the snack bacon had a different flavor something like a hot tasting on it. The bag says Daniel made it. Got 2 large vanilla ice coffees extra cream only. Got both no extra cream and 1 had 7 sugars and neither taste vanilla only plain. I couldn't drink either one. Since I don't drive I couldn't go back. It was a waste of money.

Unfortunately people could careless on their job... I just ordered a Double Toasted Bagel that was so hard it was like biting into a rock. Also with that purchase was a large coffee that tastes like it was very old coffee. This place run away from the people here are as intelligent as sand

Friendly staff and never mess up my coffee order witch is great love this Dunkin and they don't charge extra if you want extra flavor in your coffee unlike other Dunkin in the area always a pleasant experience and it's very cleanParking: Plenty of space to park at this Dunkin establishment
