The young male manager was very nice and accommodating and the young lady behind the counter was also pleasant and very helpful. The chicken sandwich and fries were good, but that fish sandwich was not worth the my time or money. Very disappointing, had no taste at all, sorry to say. Three bites in and I had to throw it away. I just couldn't do anymore, so sad to say, because that was my main reason for going. Sorry Hardee's.

My husband accidentally placed a mobile order to a store two towns over, we obviously couldnt go and get it, so we opted for a refund in any way possible. This was in November. We still havent gotten a refund despite being told 3 weeks ago that it would be processed in 5-7 business days. We NEED that money. The reviews and bbb complaint has remained and will remain active until the refund is cleared. This is ridiculous. Hardees has lost a lifelong customer.

Whenever we head north there's a Hardee's on the way and we always stop for breakfast. They have the best fast food breakfast out of any of the chain restaurants in my opinion. They could use a little work on their staff and their atmosphere is the same every time, about five stars for the food at breakfast time

You guys suck. I just paid $6.60 for a Breakfast burrito, and the tortilla was so old and dried out that it broke at every single spot where you folded it. But did your crappy employee who was making it care? Of course not. He or she just wrapped that broken, nasty, dried out burrito up and sold it to me anyway.
I am busy working, and it’s not worth bringing it back. But even though you’re the closest fast food restaurant to where I live, I promise you, you won’t get another nickel from me. You should just go out of business, and let a decent restaurant open up in your place.

Two double cheeseburgers were overcooked and even though it was within the first hour of lunch menu, the food seemed old. This particular Hardee's did not meet my expectations.
