Hardee's y'all suck! I just come through the drive thru and order a pork chop and gravy biscuit and y'all gave some some trash plater. Not only did we stay in line for a hour y'all couldn't even get my order right. I won't be coming to y'all ever again

First time eating Hardee's and I will NEVER eat it again. My fries was burnt and hard, the real definition of chips!! Not to mention my burger was old and dry. I paid $50 dollars for my family of 4. Call me Karen if you want but I'm definitely calling the manager tomorrow! The disrespect is at an all time high 😒

Went for breakfast at the start of a road trip. Biscuits and gravy were amazing as usual. Hash browns were insane greasy, like not the normal amount at all. And they looked at them a knew they were wrong (it was obvious) and still served them to people. Just writing to hope they do better in the future, quality control is important.
Are you kidding me? Not only were my breakfast hash brown potatoes burnt to oblivion. There was so much grease. It’s like someone just dumped grease in the bag. It was on everything all over my car seat seat. Y’all suck.
