Mike and Frank's Pizzeria Italian Restaurant

After an extremely rough day, we went for dinner after Wednesday night church. Not only was the food top notch, our waitress Paige was phenomenal. She took great care of us and definitely added to our, much needed, relaxing dinner. Beyond that, the entire staff was courteous and professional. They definitely made our rough day, much better. Thank you for such a great experience!

Waited over an hour to get our food, eventually asked got it Togo. Wings were dry, and not good. $63 dollars wasted.

This was my FAVORITE pizza joint in the area up until yesterday. While their pizza is delicious, I won’t be returning due to customer service. I typically overlook a lot of things; if an order is wrong or a little late, I get it. But yesterday I placed an order for 1 pizza to be delivered. When I gave the address, the woman on the phone verified the business I work at. It’s not a difficult business to find, it pops up on GPS with photos of the building, and it’s a pretty well known place in the area. Over an hour passed and nothing was delivered so I figured I’d just call to check in. I was told that the pizza was delivered next door to another business. “Next door” is a 5-8 minute walk. It’s a completely different address. I verified the address they had for the ticket and it was the correct address, the driver just didn’t check. That’s ok… people make mistakes, I totally understand. I asked if they could remake the pizza and send it and I was told no, they would go pick up the pizza from the wrong business and bring it over. In the background I overheard an older gentleman say this, so I’m assuming it’s the owner. I was absolutely stunned… in what world would that ever be ok? If you delivered it to the wrong house, would you go back to that house and be like, “Yeah, can I actually have that back?”. No, of course not! You never know if the pizza has been eaten or picked from, who touched it, etc. I’m extremely understanding but this whole situation left a very bitter taste in my mouth. We won’t be returning as customers which sucks because the pizza is good but if they are willing to cut safety and health corners when THEY made a mistake, I wonder what the cleanliness of the kitchen looks like.

Ordered from the online menu. Didn't get what I ordered. Called the place and was told they are not responsible for the pictures on the website, further saying it was door dashes fault for putting that picture up. She was rude and had zero intent of making it right ... that's OK though, I can always tell my experience here. Unless you want a lot of high price worthless food, dont order here. This was my FIRST and LAST order with Mike and Frank.

We stopped by Mike’s and Frank’s Pizzeria, and everything was delicious! We tried the Philly cheesesteak sandwich loaded with flavor and served in generous portions. The french fries were hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Definitely a place worth swinging by for a great meal. We’re already looking forward to coming back and trying the pizza next time!

Was my and family's first time eating here. The food, the service and atmosphere were excellent. Top quality ingredients and freshly made. If your looking for real authentic Italian food, i highly recommend Mike and Frank's Italian restaurant.
