Unfortunately a very disappointing experience.
There were incorrect charges on the bill, poor-quality food, and a 15-minute delay before we were told they didn’t have what my husband originally ordered—which resulted in him eating after everyone else had already finished.
I left my entire entrée uneaten on the table, yet it was not handled appropriately. When we calmly questioned the extra charges and explained that one of the meals was horrible, the waitress’s response was dismissive and made us feel as though we were being difficult—which was not the case.
We paid the bill and, for the first time in our lives, did not leave a tip due to how the situation was handled.
This experience could have been resolved very differently with better communication and professionalism.

Horrible service from the OWNER herself. She was very rude and was drunk herself while behind the bar constantly blowing cigarette smoke right in my face. I will NEVER go there again. One of the bartenders were definitely selling something out of the bar too. Constant in and out never really there to even help you
