Service was lightning-fast—ordered at the counter, and it was ready in under 5 minutes even during the lunch rush. The staff was super friendly, greeted me with a smile, and even offered to customize the toppings. The location is spotless—bright, modern vibe with plenty of seating and a clean restroom (a rare find!). Easy parking right out front too. Already planning my next visit. I decided to order online for pick-up, I ordered 3 things. One plain bagel with cream cheese (Toasted), One slice of Protein Toast (extra avocado, Toasted), and 2 hard boiled eggs. I came into the store to pick-up my order. I go up to the register and ask for my order, the girl at the register proceeds to walk back and check if it’s ready. Turns out they never sent the ticket back. They begin to giggle and then send back the ticket. I get told “it’ll be ready Ina bit”. I wait patiently and finally my order is ready, but was not at all what I wanted. I check the food by the time I get into my car, my Protein Toast DID NOT come with the extra avocado or the eggs that it comes with on DEFAULT. Not only that, my bagel was NOT toasted at all. I go back in and let them know politely that the protein toast did not have extra avocado or the eggs it should come with. The girl with dark curly hair, and tanned skin made me feel like I did something wrong. When I brought up the missing ingredients, she proceeds to give me a blank stare, walks back to the kitchen and comes up again after a minute or two. She says “we’re remaking it”. I tell her about the other stuff that was wrong and she does the same thing again. Walks back and comes up with the same response. No apology, no emotion. Just the same blank stare as if I was inconveniencing her. The rest of the staff was not really friendly either.

I always come to this 3 natives and I love the service and the food every time however when I came today I’m not sure if the employee was working quickly because the store was about to close but he barely put anything in my bowl. I am so disappointed that I have a salad bowl with barely any lettuce in it. It’s not a salad.

I came in to order an açaí bowl but didn’t have one in mind, and the cashier was super helpful in guiding me to the one I’d like best, which ended up becoming my favorite: the Nutella Crunch. Overall, the customer service is really good, and their açaí bowls are thick, delicious, and always loaded with fresh toppings!! I’m definitely coming back again.
