We went in today me and my daughter, about everytime we go to the mall she ask me to get a her some pretzels so like always I do. This time the pretzels did not give justice for the price honestly I paid around 8 with tax and all the pretzels at the bottom of the cup taste old and had no sugar on them. The first few on top had a good amount of sugar but everything else at after that was a waste of money. She ate most of it, when she told me she was done i grabbed one or two and was completely dissatisfied with the quality of what you guys normally offer.

Auntie Anne’s at the Wellington Green mall is an excellent eatery for a variety of pretzels. Carrie is an excellent staff member making sure service is quick and easy. Highly recommended!!!

Wow, worst customer service of my life. The lady at the register, brown hair, very piercing voice, may have been the rudest woman I have ever encountered. The most unwelcoming and negative experience when simply trying to order something with a bit of humor. Ruined my entire day. Thanks a lot woman…
Bugs in drink and overcharged. Hands-down, a terrible experience today. First, I was overcharged for a small lemonade. When I brought it to their attention, they insisted the medium lemonade mixer I was being charged for was the small original lemonade I requested, and the prices were wrong on the board. So they charged me for a medium mixer instead of a small lemonade. Then while my daughter was drinking lemonade, she discovered multiple flies inside of her lemonade. We took the drink back. The cashier did not offer a solution and we did not want any more food from this restaurant. I do not recommend at all. Unsanitary and unhelpful! I will never eat or drink there again!! This happened Saturday 8/24/24 at approximately 2:10pm

I was at Anne's pretzels only to find out this would be the worst dining experience. I was with my mom and asked for a small lemon aid. I noted to mom that the price of the lemon aid was more than on the Bord. The cashier said the bord was wrong after that then she said they did not have a small, so we had to pay for a medium. After that I saw a black thing in my drink where the straw went. I looked closer and saw wings, I showed my mom, she ran up to the cashier and explained to her, the cashier did not want to solve the problem. 100% will not recommend, I will never go back again!

Whenever I come to the Wellington mall, I love the smell of the pretzels. I tried the almond, and it was a little sweet, which was ok and had a side of cream cheese, which was suggested by the wonderful cashier Brianna who has a pleasant personality.

I went to get an original pretzel for my birthday. I get there and two people are working. I was told it'd be 10 minutes. I went over to Cinnabon in the meantime (That to be made as well). One of the Auntie employees came over to Cinnabon and asked the solo employee to make a pretzel. I decided to walk over to CPK to pick up a take order.That took time and returned well after 10 minutes. The Cinnabon was just getting glazed, so great timing. I walked next door to the Auntie kiosk and she told me it's be 10 minutes. The pretzel hadn't been made! At that point it had been close to 30 minutes. I was very upset but I wasn't coming back so I said fine I'll wait. While I'm waiting the cashier tells me the other girl who was making the bites doesn't like to make the pretzels and that's why she asked her brother. She felt bad, apologized, and offered me something for free. I wasn't happy and really wanted to say something but since she acknowledged the fact that it wasn't great customer service I let it go. At that time my pretzel was ready. She handed me the bag, I get to the car, start driving and once I'm on 441 I dig into my bag only to find out they made the wrong pretzel!!
