Big Rocco's Pizza Express

Thought this place would be nice, but was immediately proven wrong. We ordered drinks which we got fast, and the band was setting up to play. After we ordered, we asked for a water. Took 10 min and the waiter kept dodging the table and almost avoiding the path where we sat. Food came out, and was slammed on the table and she turned away quickly. Then the pizza. Took a slice and the pizza was so soggy, the toppings fell off. After 20 min, we finally got a water from a DIFFERENT waiter who reached over the bar, to grab a glass which wasn’t even sitting where the washed glasses were and filled it up. Was not asked how the food was or not checked on the whole time. Had to stand up and get down from our table after waiting for a check, and that’s the only time they wanted to pay attention to our table. 52 dollars later for some shitty food. Music was so annoyingly loud that I couldn’t even have a conversation. Will not be coming back.

Disappointing Experience at Big Rocco's,
I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Big Rocco's in Wellington. After waiting for 20 minutes, I was completely ignored by the bartender. When I finally approached a server, she seemed disinterested and offered no apology for the wait.
It's unacceptable to be treated so poorly as a customer. Basic courtesy, like a simple greeting, is essential for any business. I will not be returning to Big Rocco's and would not recommend it to others.

Absolutely disgusting, sent the wrong food and had shifty attitude about ot, will never order from them again. Food was gross, plus terrible service

Ordered food and waited an hour for delivery no call or anything from them only to get charged and call to complain to be told they can't deliver.

Please tell me how this is acceptable it’s simple common sense to cut the pizza in half and put it two boxes instead of folding my pizza and shoving in a little box because they don’t have the right size boxes and not even say nothing when I went to pick it up shouldn’t just went to Basilico's but the antes to try this place

This place started out GREAT. A couple weeks back I ordered 140.00 worth of food for a group coming to our house. I had bragged about it and people told me what they wanted and I ordered it. We didn’t get some of the things we ordered and what we got was overcooked and dry. I stopped in a couple weeks later and spoke with a girl there about it. She remembered the order and said they knew they had screwed up and that the mgr would make it right. I ordered a couple days later and he was there. I told him about it and said he remembered it as well. He made NO attempt to make it right. Two days ago I tried another order. All new people behind the counter. Pizza was at best average. They charge a lot for the pizza and it should be premium. It is not. I’m done with them.

Omg , I live in Florida 8 1/2 years , coming from Brooklyn eating at some of the best rated pizza places in the country . I was a so so with this place until today , I ran inside to grab a slice and to my amazment they had all different types of pies now , theirs a girl named Adriana who made one of the best slices I ever had . You must try it .Ask for the Adriana pie , they will know exactly what you mean it’s worth a second look if you haven’t been in a while .Crazy greatest Florida slice till date
