I really loved this place for years, but recently - it went completely downhill, and sadly, I am going to have to stop trying. For years, every couple of weekends, I'd buy a dozen multigrain. But for the last year or so, they're usually really bad. Either far too salty, or worse - I'll go early on a saturday morning, and they're hard and dry like they're a week old. The prices keep going up, but the service and quality going down. The owners are never there anymore, and it's just not a good place now. Sadly.

I have been buying their bagels for over 10 yr now I love starting my day off Monday ( as a horse woman lol) with their yumeee breakfast, bagels are always fresh made first thing in the morning, coffee has several different selections between hot and cold I love the ice late or the expresó. The staff always very friendly and the place super clean inside Great atmosphere, strongly recommend!

If you want a phony my pleasure dont come here. If you want serious people that are serious about breakfast then please come. Bagels are fresh and all for is made to order. The staff will address you as sir or ma'am. They will double confirm you order. An make sure your receipt is printed so you can hear that order number called. Its old school and it works. Just please pay your fee and leave a tip. Good things dont come cheap.

Staff is not rude, but not friendly or welcoming. Every time I go they always seem like they are overwhelmed. Prices are very high and not clearly marked.

The website explicitly says “OPEN EVERY HOLIDAY 6:00am-2:00pm”. We showed up on a holiday at 12:40 or so because, again, they explicitly advertise that they’re open on holidays. The sign on the front says OPEN in neon lights. So we try to open the door but it’s locked, even though the lights are on and there’s someone working inside. So we call to ask if they’re open. She picks up the phone angrily and very rudely tells us “NO WE CLOSE AT 12 BECAUSE ITS A HOLIDAY” and hangs up…do you want to lose customers? Thats how you lose customers. I certainly don’t expect anyone to work on a holiday, but if you EXPLICITLY state on your website “OPEN EVERY HOLIDAY”, well God forbid someone show up on a holiday…maybe just, you know, close the store on holidays if you don’t expect customers to believe what it says on your website…I’ve probably spent hundreds of dollars here by now but I guess that’s all I’ll ever spend.

Been coming here for years, people are nice, food is always tasty, and prepared quickly. In my opinion, it’s a great place to grab breakfast on the go. Unfortunately, it is a bit overpriced for what it is, especially the coffee, $4.75 for a large coffee, ouch.

Good small local Bagel place. I just don't like the fact that you always leave smelling like if you were in the kitchen cooking your own breakfast.
