I’ve ordered take out at this place 3 times and every time I’m always missing something or wrong order..not sure how they got top “50 in the blazin games”
The server had no manners. I don't even know his name because he didn't even introduced himself. I ask him for something and with a kinda I don't wanna be here face he takes the order. Then when he brings it I say thank you and he doesn't even reply. I asked him for celery, carrots and ranch because he brought the wings without anything, and he doesn't even answer me, he comes back with it, no acknowledgement at all. In other words we felt like he served us because he had to. As a bussing owner I feel the owner of this establishment should know how some of his customers are being treated. I asked for boxes, he comes and puts them on the table with the check without saying a word, we said thank you, no answer. He takes my card, he brings it back and drops it off, not a word. No bags to put my boxes. I guess his name is Rell according to the receipt. I let the manager know.

Nick and Marlon are awesome at the bar. Their service is exceptional.
We got the double smash burger plus 10 Boneless wings which were great. Cisco the GM came over to check in on us and that was good. I will be back soon thanks again

They got my order wrong initially by giving me a Philly instead of a black bean burger but the manager was super helpful in fixing it, and even cooked an extra for me. I really appreciated it, all things considered.

Very busy on a football Sunday but server did a good job keeping up. Good quality always a high standard for a chain. Great place to watch a game.

I've been here before a while back and the staff and experience was great
but this time was probably the worst i've ever experienced.
1.there was a hair in my food
2. some of my fries were crunchy and tasted weird
3. it was a to go order, and my order was a mess! the wings were in an odd condition. there was chicken pieces scattered among the wings not appearing to have come from any wing and some wings looked as if the meat had been pulled off. I don't believe bitten off? but the whole order was just off.

I came here after work with my husband. The drinks were great and the food was made perfectly. Marlon the bartender had amazing customer service and although it was very busy he was still very attentive to our needs. We will be back for sure.

For the first time since I been in this place, was first time I ordered burger, what a burger, juice flavored an jummy except for the pickles on it, other than that it was pretty tasty and delicious

Tuesday night is the best! The bingo games are a blast, the traditional wing BOGO (or sometimes 1/2 off) and vibe is off the chain!

I’m super upset! I come here at least once a week because the food is good and it’s the only place that’s open after ten (when I leave work). To be honest, usually the service isn’t the best but I don’t care, as long as they give me my food is fine. This time however, I went to order some food to go, when I arrived, the guy that was working, there was taking some lady’s order, I stand behind her (like waiting in line) waiting for that stupid cashier to take my order next, When he is done with her instead of even looking at me, he just goes straight to the kitchen, I didn’t thought much of it and just waited, it passed like 10 minutes and he didn’t came back, in that time more people came in an were standing behind me, that same guy came back, asked those people what they were waiting for. Give them their order (I assume they ordered online) and started doing something in the register, without looking at me types something in the register and goes back inside, not even acknowledging me, that’s when I decided that was enough. I have no problem waiting for my turn. In fact if those people already ordered online, I have no issue with them getting their food first, my problem is that stupid worker didn’t even look at me. Didn’t even say anything as if I were invisible. I just came from an eight hour shift I’m hungry and I never have never felt so disrespected. This was on August 23 at 10:40ish, he is a white guy, middle age and wears glasses. They weren’t even busy in the restaurant, maybe like 5 tables in total. But even if they were is not an excuse to his behavior, I hope Cisco Castro, the general manager does something about this cause it’s unbelievable.

The service was honestly terrible. Everything came out extremely slow, and to make it worse, they even missed one of our chicken wings. It felt unorganized and frustrating the whole time, and instead of enjoying our meal, we spent most of it waiting and dealing with mistakes. Definitely not the experience we were expecting, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for good service.
