Although I do not enjoy writing negative reviews, I do so in order to help businesses improve.The poor cleanliness of the establishment, the chaos of taking orders, and the unpleasant taste of my raw chicken were all disappointing aspects of my experience.While the manager was apologetic and offered a refund, I emphasized to him that it was not just about the money but also about the overall service and high prices for the quality of the food.If the business can address these issues, they have the potential to succeed.

For years I have been going here with my family I always get the same meal every time because it always made right and it's delicious but this last time I was not satisfied at all of what I ordered, i ordered my usual two lage chicken noodle soups, but sadly there was no noodles at all in either how am I gonna get chicken noodle soup and not get the dang noodles HOW DO YOU FORGET THE NOODLES!?! But I of Course ate it, still love the food just sad they didn't give me my noodles:(

Better-than fast food, C. R. Chicks is a cute casual dining option in Wellington. You order at the counter, cafeteria-style, and help yourself. The choice of plastic utensils wasn't great... if it were my restaurant I'd either invest in better quality or offer real silverware for eat-inside guests. The chicken is extremely fresh, and cooked rotisserie style. My parent's chicken breast sandwich had an entire chicken breast in it and was served with two wings. 3 of us had pieces of chicken, I chose the cucumber salad and rice with beans as my sides. I didn't realize the cucumber salad was mayonnaise based, but it didn't taste mayonnaisey and I really enjoyed it. The rice and beans also tasted fresh and was enjoyable. Others in our party had fresh fruit which did look fresh, and coleslaw. I ate all of my chicken, most of the cucumber salad and half of the rice and beans and felt good afterwards. It felt like a good wholesome meal (100x better than Boston Market).

A community staple. My go to has always been a "Smokey" and it has never let me down. Love the bread here as well. The rotisserie chicken is also delicious. Their catering has always been delightful.

About 7pm we went and Usually have a good experience at other locations but this location changed the type of bread the sandwich uses without notifying us so when I got home it was just plain white bread on the sandwich...the bread used for the chicken breast sandwich is super good and I never even knew they had other bread options...so was pretty disappointed because it tastes quite plain for 13-14 dollars...wouldn't have ordered if we knew they didn't have the proper bread tbh. I also should have had double chicken and its deff not doubled but we don't have receipt to actually check if they rang it in properly or if we were charged.

We have been ordering to go for 4 years and everything was good. That's why we're repeat costom.. The time before tonight the pasta was dry ( no sauce). When I ordered tonight I told them that and they wanted to know if I wanted extra sauce and I told them no just the way Ialways get it. I had to add olive oil to my husband's Primavera. We go out of our way to get this. Maybe not anymore.

Chicken was dry. Meat loaf sandwich was super dry. No flavor at all. Thank God for mayo and mustard. Was the only flavor on sandwich. Mac and cheese was soupy. Don't recommend this place at all

Been going here for over a decade. The chicken sandwich might be the best sandwich Ive ever had. Super simple, super tasty. The bread is one of a kind. The smoked chicken pasta is also A1. The associates are the best and super nice. I always recommend CR Chix to everyone.

The hottest Sexiest Hen I ever tried . The chicken is dripping so much juicy flavor . The cool the chicken on premise with real fire burning wood . I also love the Smokey , it's Italian pasta with tomato sauce and fresh Delish chicken & cheese.. The chicken sandwiches are amazing also . The Smokey dish have some flavored chicken for days .
We Order from here regularly. All 4 in my family love it. Always good and on time. Ordered Big Family meal tonight. Requested all dark meat (8 pieces total). Picked it up in the pouring rain. Got home and they gave us all white meat. When we returned to switch for dark. They gave us 12 pieces instead of 8. That's customer service. That's a class move. Never even told us. Just handed us the bag. Thank you.

Last night was my first time trying any C R Chicks location. The menu itself has so many options and variety which I can really appreciate. I am really limited in food right now so I got the rotisserie chicken with parsley carrots and HAD to try the horseradish smashers. The chicken had so much flavor and was perfectly juicy. The carrots were ok, nothing to rave about and didn't really taste parsley but I appreciated a carrot option over broccoli or green beans. The smashers, do not let the horseradish scare you! It is so so faint of a flavor and not spicy at all. They are delicious and perfectly creamy. My husband also got the chicken pot pie which was quite large and made for two meals! We ordered online and the order was ready upon walking in so I can't speak much to the restaurant itself or the service but it appeared to have plenty of indoor seating and the staff was friendly as I grabbed my order. Excited to come back and try some more things here!

A family favorite for a casual meal out or for convenient takeout after a busy day. The homestyle cooking is delicious and I've always received polite service here. Tables and the bathrooms have always been clean when eating in. My go-to meals are the chicken sandwich, the smoked chicken and pasta, or half a bird with green beans and carrots. Btw, the BBQ sandwich is underrated and deserves more love.
