The staff, including Kayla and Jett, are known for their attentiveness and making sure visitors have a great experience. Charlotte, in particular, is praised for her quick and friendly service, as well as the delicious pasta and pizza. However, there was an issue with a pickup order where the soup was not kept warm and the second salad arrived after being added to the shopping bag with the soup.
