So I ordered a steak fajita online and when I got home, there was no tortillas with it. I called up and they told me that they don’t Include tortillas with a fajita order unless the customer specifies it. I’ve never had a take out fajita order, not including tortillas in my entire life.

I’ve been coming here for years and the food has always been good but they have seriously upped their game . Service was impeccable, from the quick refill of drinks… they brought more chips before we were even done with the first basket (salsa is DELICIOUS). Every single member of the staff was kind, courteous and attentive. 10/10

I used to enjoy this place, but it’s really gone downhill. The food is far from authentic Mexican—it lacks the flavor and quality you’d expect. On top of that, the service was slow and inattentive, which made the experience even more disappointing. Sadly, I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Absolutely horrible! Decided to try it because I had a coupon from my Winn Dixie receipt. First the service is horrible. Waitress came to the table didn’t say hello or anything, not even a smile just stood there staring at us like we were an inconvenience for not immediately having our order ready as soon as we sat down. Then the food comes and it was horrible. Refried beans tasted burnt, rice was hard and old and the enchilada and chimichanga had horrible flavor. Figured you can’t go wrong with dessert. Ordered flan it tasted like straight velveeta cheese in a watery caramel sauce. Waitress never came to check and see if we needed refills or how everything was. Just put the check on the table without saying a word. Will not return
I can’t say over 7 yrs we have ever had a bad time. I’d say 4.7/4.8 and up every time!! No reason this place should have anything around 4.1 and we are frequently coming!

I figured to give yall another chance for a take out order. Unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed. I do not recommend any take out orders especially for quesadillas because they ALWAYS end up SOGGY. It’s disappointing that the sauce used in the chicken or the sauce from the tomatoes made the quesadillas soggy. I understand it’s a take out order, but I picked up the order right when the hostess came back from the kitchen. I also was pretty hungry, so I decided to eat in my car. So not a long time for the order to be sitting. I only hate half of the quesadillas and the other half I couldn’t eat due to the sogginess. Yall need to either put the tomatoes separately/on the side or have less of the sauce the chicken is cooked in. 😞

I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere but the reasoning for the 1star is because i was charged $35 per shot while i was OK with that no problem but its the attitude when the server noticed i didnt leave a tip on a $184 when i was expecting to pay that much per shot boo hoo then she proceeded to add a $28 dollar tip after i left ( it was the short lady with black haired with glasses) i will be contacting the manager yall basically stole my money plus she told me the tips where a suggestion which i wrote on the paper 0.00 tip
