Charleys Cheesesteaks

I ran into the particular Charlie’s in the Wellington Mall . It was the most affordable option in the food court. I got the chicken Philly special with fries for $8 bucks. And I got to say it has beat out any other restaurant I’ve visited. Every thing was perfect. The staff was excellent. Completely working together as a team . I highly recommend this establishment

I thought the food was pretty good. The Philly Chicken had great flavor, and the fries come out great. Staff is hard working and attentive. Definitely will return.

Being a Regular, Sarisfied customer I. Coral Springs Mall must have spoiled me with the Great Food and Friendly Service. Moved to Wellington 2 years ago and this my 4th and Final time eating here! Food is “O.K…., but not being able to finish a sentence with the cashier and then employees Rolling their eyes and clearly talking shit about the customers. Paid for extra cheese & Onion, but got major Side-Eyed when I “Politely” refreshed my order with the Maker 🙄Don’t care if I want a Sandwich, who needs to be treated like you are being done a favor, Every Single Time !! Bring Back Customer Courtesy..

This place is a rip off.. You get two little slices of steak and more vegetables than steak. Won’t ever be back

Ordered online was given a pickup time however I had to wait 10 past that time as order wasn't ready. Upon arrival,no one greeted me at the counter however another customer walked in and the counter employee went past me to wait on the other person then ignored me when they were finished with them. Had to speak up to get my order.
Ordered an old fashioned cheesesteak which is an original Philly cheesesteak which is wit and wiz. It's steak,onion and cheese whiz.
The sandwich was dry because it was overcooked and there was very little what was supposed to be whiz on it. I've had whiz too many times to recognize it's taste. Overall for the price,I would not be going back.
Oh also the place was not busy so their poor service and meal can't be blamed on being busy.

Be careful, the cashier WILL try to scam you if you order the $7.99 small sub with fries daily special. They’ll charge you another $3.49 for the fries for no reason…. The manager is in on the scam, she begrudgingly removed the extra charge when I pressed the topic and pointed up at the sign. Watch the order screen like a hawk and be sure to get it removed or file a chargeback if it has happened to you. Can’t imagine how many folks they scammed. Will report to corporate to hopefully get both employees terminated.

Well, my experience at this Charlie cheesesteaks was horrible on before Easter day. This black girl gave me a horrible attitude and I asking her a question. She not even answering the questions at all? Then the other two Spanish crew members had an attitude also. They are so bitter and rude. I don’t need that energy in my food. Nobody didn’t ask you to fill out the application. Nobody tell you clock in today. if you’re gonna be mad about it get yourselves together. That doesn’t have nothing to do with me. Did y’all had a bad day or something? Did They don’t pay you enough. I simply saying where I can I get the special deals.

Food is always delicious and the seasoning with the fries is so tasty. I recommend stopping by now since they have a deal for $2 for 4 juicy nice sized boneless wings. So good! And you can make them to order with a different spice blend like lemon pepper. Definitely worth stopping by.

You guys need to do a serious quality check on your employees. First of all you should have the mental capacity for me to ask for two small sandwiches and then start to list what's in each without your brain completely malfunctioning. I went one by one and then the last thought I was trying to change the order of the other then then got rushed and told what the order total when I only had one of the three sandwiches I tried to order. To then come to realize I got charged for two regulars and one small instead of two small and one regular. And I thought whatever I'll just take the two larger ones come to find out I got charged for a regular and given a small so now you guys basically stole money out of my pocket. I hope whoever was working the afternoon shift on September 19th gets fired or at least reprimanded because theres plenty of people out there like me who are desperate for work and will do the job properly unlike you.

The ingredients were everywhere but on the soggy bread!! If I wanted a Philly salad I would’ve asked for one!! On top of that I was on a tight and couldn’t fix the problem so now I have no food ….

Very clean, tried this place for the first time went with mango habanero and garlic Parmesan boneless wings, with Louisiana Cajun fries. Everything was fast and fresh and tasty 🤤. Will be back again.

This is not the location in Walmart, located in the Wellington Mall! Service is always great when I go but let’s talk about the real reason I go….

These cheesesteaks are hands down the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! I thought Publix buffalo chicken tender sub was the best UNTIL I tried Charley’s…

Order the Buffalo cheesesteak 🔥👌 hands down the best place I know of in town!!!

I’m grateful too because now I always know where to go to eat when walking that crazy food quart lol
