Very diaspointing, usually go to th he one on 10th str in Palm Springs. No milk sake available here. Not the original cheese steak. Green pepers raw. They need to be taught by the 10th str people.

Needs a completely new staff. All the ladies working there don't speak English and looked at me like I had 5 heads when stating I was there for a pick up. I was then told to go to the cashier even though my order was clearly sitting there (with the name visible from the other side of the counter) and upon going to the cashier who just checked a customer out, I was completely ignored while she stood there looking down. All the girls continued to look at me and not help. It was truly unbelievable lol. I will NEVER go back there, and I hope the owner sees this and reviews the tape to see the same thing themselves.

I knew I shouldn't have tried this place but I did. Soo Grose! The cashier had zero personality, probably hates his job and I don't blame him. No one looked the slightest bit happy to be working there, not one smile. I split a Philly cheese sub w a friend and a side order of fries. The fries came with melted cheese & bacon bits, not what my friend ordered. When I brought then back the girl looked at me like she had no idea what I was saying. I tried again and she gestured to the other girl at the fries. I got a new order of fries and handed the wrong order t the girl, she took them, not one word, or apology for mix up. Back to my table and needed a fork. I asked the cashier, he mumbled Go over there and pointed to the area at the end of the counter. Catsup has spilled on the floor, no one seemed concerned, what a mess! I didn't find fork and went to the other fast food place nxt door and took one of theirs. Finally sit down , had one bite and OMG it was like eating brown cardboard! Fries had ZERO flavor. We wasted our money & time but like I said I should have known better.

Really enjoyed what they're known for their Philly Cheese steak Filled with such great toppings. Mushroom and peppers on a wonderful hoagie roll. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The premises were very clean.
