Chicken Salad Chick

I didn’t know I was gonna be leaving a review, but just as I’m eating everything one thing after another every piece of what I got, the lettuce, the crackers, the tea, Wonderful. This is one of the best lunches I’ve had.

I hate to leave poor reviews and normally love chicken salad chick, but this is truly a pathetic portion of chicken salad for the cost. There was barely any chicken salad on the sandwich as pictured.

It was my first time visiting yesterday and wow was I surprised! I thought to myself how good could a chicken salad sandwich really be? I ordered the jalapeño chicken salad on a croissant with melted cheese and it was heavenly! I got the chicken poblano soup, which I didn’t even use a spoon. I just sipped it right out of the cup lol it also came along with tons of crackers, a pickle and a cookie. I didn’t plan on eating the cookie until I realized it was one of those cakey soft ones with the good icing on top, needless to say that was gone in two bites lol. The staff was very friendly and patient with me as I ordered because I had no idea what to order. They are opening one up in Loxahatchee soon and I can’t wait!

I recently visited this Chicken Salad Chick through the drive-thru and was very impressed with the quick and efficient service. I ordered the Bacon Cheddar Melt with the Kickin’ Kay Lynne, along with grape salad and baked potato soup. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious!

Been going here since they opened. Such a great idea for a restaurant. Chicken salad is one of my favorite things to have for lunch. I was shocked with how good their chicken salad recipes are, so far I’ve only tried the old south and the jalapeño both amazing. If you like chicken salad I highly recommend you try this place for lunch one day 10/10

I love this location! The food was amazing and the service was excellent. We ordered the mini croissants, and the sandwich’s. I also ordered a cup of soup. All the food was delicious. It was just enough and tasty. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We LOVED this place! However, lately, it is obviously being run on a shoestring budget and the management doesn’t care! Ordered on-line for a pickup; when I got there, I was informed by the staff member (who was very nice) that they were out of two of the items ordered at 5:45PM. Made another selection and she had to come back to me (sheepishly) to tell me that they were out of that item also (while the two gentlemen working the line was shaking their heads and laughing)! I said that this is the 3rd time they have been out of items recently and all three employees agreed it was a problem that happens all of the time! I asked if I could speak to the manager and the counter person said she was too busy to come out to talk to me and I am REALLY a nice person that believed in their product! So I went home and filled out a complaint on the National Chicken Salad Chick Website and they said someone would be in touch with me… I gave them my cell phone number and my email address… 6 Days Later and I Have Heard Nothing! So, it’s rather obvious that they just don’t care! I should also note that there were only 2 tables in the entire place the last 2 times that I was there! It’s a shame… We were loyal guests… However, it appears that the place is in a state of cost cutting not realizing that the most expensive thing to any restaurant is an empty seat!
