great service at this location
I ordered online, it said my food was going to be ready at 11:20, it wasn't. Had to wait another 40 minutes. There was some employees arguing in the back, instead of making the food. There was also a line in the store with customers waiting to order food. I've worked in fast food before and you have to get the customers food out quickly. This is not my first bad experience at this location.

No meat and they don’t even have ready, who is the manager of this store don’t care, I eat in Chipotle all the time and the logistics is better, here is like , “no meat sorry have what we have or leave”, they don’t even care. avoid this place.

I went to the Chipotle on 441 by Best Buy on October 23 around 9:30 PM, and the experience was awful. The tall lady with red hair behind the counter had a terrible attitude toward everyone in line — rolling her eyes, making faces, and handing out food with clear disrespect.
Every customer could feel the bad energy. There’s no excuse for that kind of behavior when people are paying for their food. Management needs to address her attitude immediately — it completely kills the experience for everyone.

These people are stingy with rice and meat. I see why chipotle went viral on TikTok about not giving enough portions. The portions are ridiculously small at this location 😞

There are 5 people on shift and only two of them actually doing their jobs. There’s a girl who works there with red hair and what looks like a scar on her left cheek. She’s extremely obnoxious. Talking loud as can be in the middle of the doorway that leads to the back of house, I could barely hear myself think. The cashier constantly had his back to the door and was on his iPhone with the call on speaker. Multiple times other customers would come in and instead of asking them for what they needed he would stand in the doorway just cracking jokes with the two girls in the back with absolutely no sense of urgency. I felt bad for the employee making the food becuase they were life by themselves as a line had formed and mobile orders continued to come through. Lastly I am not exaggerating when I say that every single table was dirty with food crumbs and what not all over it. I was there for almost an hour and nothing was cleaned. They would not stop horsing around in the back nor would they come out to help the one employee that was actually working.

I had just placed an online order at this specific store, seeing it had low reviews on other apps i decided to give it a chance despite the reviews. I had arrived and the red/pink hair female cashier was very unkind and unprofessional, i had told her i had an online order and she slammed the bag on the counter and when i asked where the cups were she snatched the bag, ripped it open, and roughly put the cups on the counter. She could have just told us that they were in the bag, instead had an attitude. Then we sat down to eat and our bowls were completely wrong. she the went out of her way to talk bad about customers including me to the cooks. Im sorry i wanted proper service, never returning to this location.

I usually don’t go to this chipotle but I went around 9pm on a weekday and placed an order beforehand so I headed inside when I was prompted that it was on the shelf. There were no orders on the shelves and several people waiting, I waited almost 20 mins because my order was sitting behind the counter and the cashier was overwhelmed with the in person orders. This chipotle should have someone separate handling online orders, my order was missing things as well ):

I went to pick up my online order yesterday and noticed I was missing a drink. I spoke to an employee (a short woman with black hair), but she insisted I didn’t order a drink, even though I was 100% sure I had. While I was checking my app to confirm, she seemed in a rush to leave (around 4:15 PM on 01/27/25). Thankfully, another employee stepped in and provided me with the drink.
However, when I got home, I realized another mistake—they gave me two fruit sides instead of the chips I ordered for my daughter.
Also my husband's burrito bowl had a little bit of protein
I’ve been a loyal customer of this Chipotle for more than 10 years, but this experience was really disappointing. The poor customer service and errors in my order have made me reconsider coming back.

I am a Uber driver I was there for Uber Eats for pick up ,I was waiting to use the restroom, then I see one of the employees came out from the restroom and put the out of order sign, other restrooms was locked.so employee can use only not for customers .customer service also very bad .
I’ve been here before and it was nice. Today was just average. They skimped on the food. My brisket was overcooked & grisly. The servers were very serious & not very friendly. Not a lot of people and in the past it was always crowded.
Parking: Lots of stores and restaurants in the area which makes it difficult to find parking depending on the time & day
