Unfortunately I expected a lot more from this place. The only positive thing was that the place was empty. During lunch hours I guess that would be a sign but since I came across it, I figured why not try the place out. Food quality was lacking. Especially for the prices, it's not worth it. Don't go off the website for food and prices. The price is much higher when you get there and the menu was limited. When the food was brought out, I couldn't help but laugh. You definitely don't get what you pay for.

Waste my time, because of school pick up! Sherif almost gave me a ticket and almost broke the window of my car! Never again.

I've been meaning to stop by and grab fries from here for the longest, as part of my middle school nostalgia. So, last night I happened to be driving that way and popped in. The gentleman from the gelato counter informed his coworker that I came in. Keke helped me choose dessert and pastries, as I had never tried anything other than fries from Cilantro’s. While waiting for the fresh fries to be ready, I was helped with tasting the unique gelato flavors I’ve never had before. Who knew there was wine flavor? And the other coconut flavor was delicious. I need to go back. The fries delivered just as they did over 15 years ago, and made me think of the long line I used to wait in to get them that never took long at all. Kudos, Cilantro’s, for consistency after all these years.

I had the Milanesa Clasica. It was very good. It came with a choice of salad or fries. I chose the salad. The salad was made with fresh Romain, tomatoes, and onion. You received a lot for the money.

I love it, it’s fresh and real food! All the meals that I tried were really good! Empanadas and French baguette are my favorite!! The dessert is also amazing!! The service is great, I recommend it!

Don't even bother coming here if you aren't Spanish. We were standing in line for 12 minutes while the Spanish customer and the helper just stood there speaking Spanish, and we were waiting patiently. Our friends who are Latin referred us. Wait until I tell them!We were so insulted we walked out slowly thinking we would wake up the worker just sitting there speaking Spanish to the other customer by us walking out. She couldn't even care at all about losing business. HOW DARE YOU?Shame on you!! This is the USA and you don't want to help White and Black couple? Don't waste your time with this place, unless you are Latin of course. Wow in this day and age where every dime counts, you make believe white and black people are invisible. DISPICABLE.Your google reviews will keep going down and down if you keep being rude and dismissive to AMERICANS

A terrible place!!I went there today with my family. It was our first time and we had a bad experience.First, we ordered plates, a hamburger, a flank steak with rice and a chicken parmigiana sandwich.When ordering, we checked what the ingredients were described in the hamburguer (Lettuce, tomato, bacon and cheese with fries.), as described in the restaurant's menu.The hamburg came with mayonnaise and the entraña tasted HORRIBLE, meat and the rice. They were inedible.The smell and taste of the meat was that of LIVER STEAK, which was supposed to be flank steak. We said to an attendant about the problems with the foods and he very ironic answered us smiling “I'm so sorry!” and said that all sandwiches come with mayonnaise and this is written on the menu. I ORDERED A BURGER, NOT A SANDWICH. And the specification of the burger ingredients does NOT include mayonnaise. He insisted saying that the information was on the menu and I told him that it was IN THE WRONG PLACE, because where the burger is described, it doesn't say that it comes with mayonnaise. And about the entraña, he said it was top class meat from America. As if we don't know what high-class meat is. But in the end, he said he could bring us new dishes or a ice cream for my daughter but we thanked him and said he didn't need it, since because of all that, our hunger had gone away. When we were in the parking lot, we saw him looking at us, laughing, talking to another customer talking about our situation that had happened. We realized how discriminants and unpolite they were. My husband returned to the establishment and from what it seems to me, the employee who was laughing turned was a little scared… Now he had stopped laughing and even offered us two tubs of ice cream. Even though they “redeemed” themselves through two ice creams, I come to leave my NO RECOMMENDATION for this terrible place.

Today Feb 15th I stopped into Cilantro’s to buy a sandwich for the road. After all of the reviews of how great the food was I was shocked by what I received for the $16 I paid for my tuna wrap. The wrap was extremely thin and barely had any tuna in it. I also couldn’t believe the amount of students that were crowding the front door and the entire restaurant. This has been an on going issue for years that has not been resolved by the county, city or school board. The staff was very short with me and I could not place my order without a child screaming or bumping into me. I feel that my money could have better spent else where.
