This is the first time I've ever gone into a Cinnabon in the middle of the afternoon and most items already sold out and nothing coming out. Very disappointed especially since it is not a quick trip

The Wellington Mall location has some operational issues. This has happened to me twice now. On the menu board, it clearly states that you should get a four pack of Cinnabon cinnamon rolls and only pay for three of them; that’s the advertised promotion. However, when I tried to order a four pack at 2 PM this afternoon, they said that they were out of the four packs. The staff member went on to tell me that I could order each one individually, but you would not receive the four pack price. To me, this clearly is false advertising, and almost “a bait and switch” mentality. Also, they do not honor the AARP discount that is advertised in the AARP magazine. I am truly amazed that Cinnabon allows this to happen at one of its locations.

Tried to order a 6 pack of cinnabon. They were out of the premade packs and refused to sell me 6 rolls without charging them individually for twice the cost. Apparently this is company policy. Excellent policy if you're interested in losing customers.

I asked for a macchiato and they did not have a small cup which I requested. I ended up getting a huge cup of coffee that had no milkfroth and tasted bitter.

I went there to grab a box of their delicious cinna rolls made fresh wqs greeted with great customer service by all employees and a smile and the food was just amazing great tasting and all i enjoyed my visit to the cinnabin in the wellington green mall thanks to the cinnabon manager and employees

I would give half a start if I could the Cinnabon I ordered was extremely cold and had little to no frosting when I went to go ask for a bit more the employee who served me was indifferent and added an exaggerated amount of frosting to my Cinnabon to the point where it was not even good
