Crowded but the ladies worked fast to get everyone their treats. Shakes, shaved ice, smoothies, ice cream & more was on the menu. The smoothie was overly sweet! The shake was delish & the best options the the Reese’s ice cream In waffle cone. Service was ok. We asked a couple time for water and they never brought our cup.

Parking: Several restaurants nearby so it can be difficult to find parking unless you park across the street at the mall

Lol 2 years in a row of me ordering a cake and they just don't make it. We show up for them to tell us they don't know and Oops no one made it. Last cake I ordered in October was the FIRST time they actually made my cake. I made the huge mistake of ordering one for today for my fiancé's birthday, and nope, didn't make it again. Shame on me for expecting this store to make a cake I ordered days ago.

I love Cold Stone but I went in and it was very hot, it wasn't the first time it was warm but this was exceptionally unconformable. I felt bad for the employees because they looked overheated. I hope they fix the issues soon. I couldn't wait in the line due to my asthma. It is ashame since the ice cream is so good.

Ice cream was liquid by the time of billing. All the tables outside was dirty. Better having milk with sugar at home.

This place was super busy last on Sunday afternoon, my daughter and wife wanted ice cream after dinner. I used the BOGO for adult ice cream and get kids scoop for free. Both Ice creams were good but they were out of napkins and restroom was kind of filthy.

I ordered this cake for my daughter’s birthday it was the large cake. It was so ugly and plain I was so embarrassed by it. Definitely will never order a cake from here again.
