Cold Stone Creamery

Came with my wife to get Cake Batter ice cream and it was very wrong. Flavorless, icy, and not creamy. It's our favorite flavor so we both immediately noticed it was off. We paid $22 for mediocre ice cream that wasn't even the right flavor.

I had such a great experience at Cold Stone today! Julia took care of me and she was amazing super friendly, patient, and had a genuine smile the whole time. She made my visit feel really welcoming. Thank you, Julia for the great service!

The server at this location was extremely passive-aggressive after I simply asked how many toppings come with the “Ours” Chocolate Devotion. Before I could even finish my question, she quickly cut me off and said she would “show me the chart,” which I said was perfectly fine. All I wanted were the three toppings I originally listed when I first approached the counter. (Oreo brownie and chips) and that I did not want any other toppings

Instead, she proceeded to add another topping — fudge — to my mix, even though I NEVER asked for it. When I pointed it out, she snapped back saying that I “can’t substitute fudge for a topping anyway, only caramel.” And PROCEEDS to mix the toppings in. I’m allergic to fudge which is why I do not add it as a mix in. Do I need to explain why I cannot add fudge as a mix in and will not in order to receive decent customer service ? MY KIDS ARE ALLERGIC.?!?

And then, to top off the entire disappointing experience, she took the extra ice cream with ALL of my toppings and scraped it straight into the disposal right in front of me. Chunks of brownie, chips and Oreos that I am paying for. I can understand cutting back as a merchant but do not treat me as if I came in for something for free!

I absolutely HATE this location and the complete lack of regard it has for its customers. The attitude, the unnecessary back-and-forth, and the disrespect were uncalled for and completely ruined my visit for me and my kids.

This place is crazy! I ordered a small ice cream and received less than half a cup. I always buy from De Boyton and I've never seen anything like it, it's like they're giving it to me for free. I also bought a large Everybody and when I opened it, more than three fingers' width was missing. I'm never going back to this place. They should change something because it's disrespectful.

I love the tables they have you can sit outside and enjoy the ice cream. I am a friend of someone that this place actually donated to their cause for autistic children and I really appreciate that they did that for them.

Fantastic selection, serving, flavor, outdoor sitting space! Highly recommend this place!

This Cold Stones stays packed!! Lines were long, but hey, its ice cream. Flavors were delicious. Staff was friendly.

My only complaint is that the ice cream seems to be quickly melting every time I go to this location.

Terrible service by 2 ladies at 1pm with loud music and they were busy making waffles instead paying attention to help me

The girl working tonight with short orange hair was absolutely not paying attention m. Forgot my husbands ice cream. Went and checked out a woman who jumped in front of us the forgot to give her her cone. Then she realized she forgot my husbands ice cream, she made it but made it without the brownie or cookie dough. My husband asked her if there was cookie dough and brownie in it? Since he ordered the Brooke. She said no, but I can put some on top. We literally walked out. Paid for ice cream and then walked out without it. This place is always an unorganized mess

Although I found the prices to be slightly overpriced, I overall had a positive experience. Clean facility, very good staff friendly & caring.

It is very good, but service employees should wear mask when preparing the ice cream. They breathe and talk to each other on top of the ice cream which is getting their saliva on it, even mini particles. Please let’s bring the quality up!!

Servers are great but why did you discontinue your banana ice cream? The one you have now I could buy it at Publix.

Ice cream was good but the customer was trash !!! No greet when me and my family came in , nor did she acknowledge us when we were standing there, waiting on her to serve us for the ice cream.. today is 5/9/25 time is 1:03 pm she refused to give us her name
