I ordered this cake for my daughter’s birthday it was the large cake. It was so ugly and plain I was so embarrassed by it. Definitely will never order a cake from here again.

Feel nauseous right after eat the ice cream stomach sick the whole night and my daughter throws up!!!and the store smells have a hint of rotten milk in the air .

Good ice cream.Unfortunately, during my visit there was one person doing ALL of the work, and three people hanging in the break room telling jokes. I felt so bad for the person helping me, she was making the ice cream, and ringing up customers while her co-workers slacked off! Not sure if Management is aware of this, but the quality of the chain has gone downhill significantly since its inception. Better mom and pops places to visit in the area.Response to owner: there is no way you reviewed the footage within 30 minutes of my review. You do not even know which day I visited :-/ As a matter of fact, I didn’t wait in line, there was a line after me that built up quickly due to poor management of staff. The three were obnoxiously loud and joking, not working as you communicated. One of the employees has just finished getting ice cream for herself, and she stashed it in the front freezer, and mosied around a bit before assisting with the line. The other two were about to clock out, but taking their time. It’s is apparent Management is not interested in honest customer feedback which means this problem will not be addressed or corrected.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! I got the banana pudding ice cream it was sooo good!! When u walk inside it smells amazing definitely the best ice cream store in royal palm I loved my experience ?

The staff always seem a bit young so never expect the customer service to be 5 star.

BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING ONLINE FOR DELIVERY, THEY MESS UP THE ORDERS AND THEY EXPECT YOU TO DRIVE TO THE STORE WHEN IT WAS THEIR FAULT, TO GET A NEW ICE CREAM!I LOVE COLD STONE ICE CREAM, BUT THIS EXPERIENCE HAS LEFT A REALLY BAD TASTE!WHEN A CLIENT PAIDS A DELIVERY FEE, A TIP, AND A CHARGE FEE FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF THE DELIVERY AND THEY ORDER SENT YOU THE WRONG ITEM, AND ON TOP OF THAT THE BUSINESS DON'T WANT TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR ERRORS. WHEN I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER I CALLED THE STORE IMMEDIATELY, THE STAFF IS NOT PROPERLY TRAINED TO DEAL WITH ISSUES LIKE THIS BECAUSE THE LADY SAID LET ME SEND THE OWNER A MESSAGE, AND HE WILL GET BACK TO YOU, 2 WEEKS LATER WAITING FOR A RESPONSE, THE OWNER ASKED ME IF I TOOK A PICTURE? NO ONE TOLD ME!!!! HE SAID HE WOULD RE DO THE ORDER FOR ME BUT I HAVE TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO THE STORE TO PICK IT UP! ( WHEN I PAID FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED ) DANIEL THE OWNER AND EDWIN THE MANAGER ARE A JOKE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!UPDATE: I HAD TO PLACE A NEW ORDER ONLINE IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO GET MY ''REFUND OR MY ICE CREAM RE DONE'' , ITS NOT LIKE THE STORE GAVE ME A FREE ICE CREAM! I STILL THINK THE ISSUE WAS NOT RESOLVED PROPERLY, SINCE THE STORE MESSED UP MY ORDER THE ONE I PAID DELIVERY THAT IS NOT CHEAP, THEY SHOULD COMPENSATE ALL THAT PLUS THE INCONVINIENCE THEY ARE CAUSING TO THE CLIENT.

I love cold stone! Been coming here for years!I love the banana caramel crunch with pecans! Soooo good! Hubbys and I favorite spot for late night dessert ☺️
