My three stars is very valid. The math ain't mathing. Watch the Gratuity recommendations. I did them and all three gratuities based on my actual bill before discounts or tax was $4 to $5 dollars more than it should be.
The atmosphere is great, staff is getting the hang up what we expect out of CH in Wellington. It was just disappointing how they concluded the calculations for gratuities. Maybe thier system is off by a few dollars..thank God I know how to use a calculator on my phone.

Very disappointing. After all these years, a new restaurant finally hits wellington. Let me start off by saying the front of house is very organized, friendly, and inviting. However, during my meal things took a turn. Our waitress, which I didn't catch her name, took ages to get bread on the table, and take our drink orders. Eventually, she came by after fifteen minutes of waiting around, which is ridiculous in my opinion. Next, the food. My wife ordered a plain old cheeseburger with bacon and barbecue sauce. The burger was quite delicious, and would probably order again. As for myself, I decided to order the gnocchi bolognese, which was an absolute nightmare. First off, it was luke warm on the verge of ice cold. I sent it back, and you just know they microwaved it because it becomes congealed on the side and piping hot. The flavor profile was pretty okay though. Probably won't order it again. Lastly, the dining room staff needs to get their act together. Probably around three or four times other servers gave us the wrong food because they had a previous patron sit at our table. Honorable mention, I also thought it was pretty bizarre how the general manager after an hour comes up to asks us what we ordered. I appreciate the gesture, but overall that really didn't do anything. Was this meal really worth eighty dollars? No. Save your time, save your money and head to Flannigans.

The service was to notch. Isabelle was our server and she did an incredible job. Food was good as usual. Also, the manager that Knight was Adam and he was absolutely amazing.

We did the wine tasting with Victoria and Jamal and they were amazing and super friendly! We sat for dinner after and the food was incredible, we've been going to the PGA location for years and very happy to have one right next to home! Lobster bisque was amazing & the pretzel crusted pork chop 10/10!

A horrible experience. The people at the front desk treated us like they didn’t want us to be there because they refused to put our name down on the list to wait for a table. Our waiter was nice but clearly became overwhelmed and forgot to check on us so I had to ask another waiter to finish serving us. The food was subpar and greasy, drinks were okay, and the wine was basic. For this place just having opened they are already struggling. There was nothing redeemable about this place. We will absolutely NOT be going back there.

Our server, Nicole, was fantastic: attentive, knowledgeable, and made everything run smoothly for our us. Great experience overall and we’ll definitely be back.
