11pm they say they are closed.. web site said 12am...

Definitely the last time I order from here. I don’t think one time I order from here they made the pizza the way it should be. Order a simple: sausage, onion, green pepper and light cheese. This is the joke I got.
My Fort Lauderdale store was on point every time! This Wellington store however should just close and do something else bec making pizza is not it.
It’s almost disrespectful to serve this garbage.

Last time we had delivery our pizza was horrible. The pepperoni was black the crust was overly burnt and the sausage looked like someone chewed and it was burnt.
This never happened before to us. Both pizzas was this way. You sent me a pizza coupon for one free pizza. We tried to order it for delivery as we always do. We don't have a car. Your charging me a dollar plus 5. 00 delivery charge. At the it also said order is not eligible for delivery since it's under $14 dollars. I am like you have to be kidding! I am on disability I am an amputee with a prosthetic leg. I am a senior

and should have had both pizzas free not 1 pizza 2. It's the end of the month and I don't have the 6.56. If this was my store I would be embarrassed. So I thought I would right a review and never to order from you again.

I have had an amazing experience at Domino's, this location particular thanks to Michael for being one outstanding employee ! His customer service was exceptional, and you could see the pride he takes in satisfying every customer who walks through the door. His friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile truly made my visit memorable. Hats off to him for his dedication to excellent service!

People look at the reviews from this location it should tell you not to order from Domino's. I took one look at the reviews here and definitely would not order from here. Look at the nasty pictures posted of the Pizza. Run

My pizza was burnt and they wanted me to drive it back up there for them to remake one. I use to work at dominos and I understand not trying to let people get over on you, but the manager wasn’t friendly and I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Terrible location, the last few times order was incorrect. Where is the quality check!

Decided to contact them this time and had a man advising he is a manager when I asked for one. He refused to give me his name.

Shared the issue and he said you can bring the pizza back and we can check it and replace. Like will you be refunding me the $6.00 for delivery charge?

He said the cook said he put sausage on it, really! I said I can and will take a picture.

After going back and forth he said we can have the pizza picked up and bring you a new one, no thank you!

When asking for the regional or corporate number he said I could look that up.

Check your orders before it being sent for delivery and get the customer service under control!

For context, I am normally a Domino’s defender. I love a good pizza, and while none of the big three can claim to produce that, normally, of them, Domino’s is my favorite. It doesn’t hurt that it’s also the cheapest.

This Domino’s, however, is the worst Domino’s I have ever had the displeasure of patronizing. Perhaps the only worse pizza I’ve eaten is from the cafeteria at Wonderworks in Orlando (a science museum).

“Light sauce” doesn’t mean homeopathic amounts of sauce on crust cooked so hard it falls apart.

I would take stale Hungry Howie’s with bees for toppings over the pizza from this Domino’s. I’d rather eat Totino’s off the ground.

Additionally, when I contacted them for a refund, they said because it checked all of the boxes on my online order they could not refund me for it simply being bad.

When I asked to speak to the general manager, the “assistant manager” threatened me with a 15-minute wait.

I was not on hold that long but I’m assuming the person I talked to after a thirty-second wait was either the same person putting on a different voice or another non-management employee.

Do yourself a favor and go to literally anywhere else in the area for pizza. At least at 7-eleven you can get a fountain drink.

Terribly made pizza and even worse customer service. Pizza was barely cut, it was burnt, and apparently light sauce translates to non existent. I have had some pretty bad pizzas in my life, but at least they have always rectified the situation with a refund or replacement, at this dominos however you are lucky to even get an apology.

I ordered one pizza and it took them an hour and a half to deliver to my house. I live 5 minutes away. When I called, they didn't give me anything in return for getting a late, cold pizza.
