Wow, such a hidden gem! We went there after graduation on Friday for breakfast. The food was excellent and it wasn't too crowded. The service was excellent. We will definitely go back:)

This place had a very stuffy, country club vibe where the "regulars" seemed like the only customers who receive decent service. The service staff ignored multiple requests to ask the owner of an unleashed a dog, who repeatedly disturbed my family while eating to curb their pet. My toddler was visibly and audibly scared when I approached the manager for the second time. Only when I decided to remove the dog myself did the dog owner decide to put down their drink and get their dog with a scowl on her face. When I asked the manager at the end of the meal what happened, their response was "don't worry". The kids playground is a nice feature, but nothing to write home about. The food was the only bright spot. I encourage the service staff to do better, and have consideration and empathy for ALL of their customers. Until then, there are many better places to take your family for a meal.

Waited 2 hours for our breakfast to come out. Our reservation was at 12:30pm and we did not get our food until 2:45pm. After eating and waiting for our server to come back and cash us out, it was 3:50pm. The restaurant was not busy or sat with multiple tables, assume the kitchen was backed up but no manager came to apologize. We were a table of 9 and also did not have the best service as we had to ask for everything to be brought out (ex. Napkins, spoons, salt, waters). Won't be coming back unfortunately.

The breakfast was actually very good. I had an avocado toast and my husband had eggs Benedict. It was delicious. My cappuccino was perfect. My kids loved playing in the park! It was a wonderful morning for us!

Good place to eat if you have kids due to the playground. However, food was not great and pricey for what you get. The most disappointing part was the salad. It was stale and without any dressing.

Came here to eat but it is closed. A new taco shop called Dos Amigos Tacos opened January 28, 2024 in its place.

2nd time there food is good but a little pricey, atmosphere great and kid friendly but seems they only have the 1 server. We were the only and I mean only table there and it was hard to get anything. We were constantly getting up to ask for stuff. I've been in hospitality for 20+ years and I normally don't say anything but this time it was horrible. Not sure if we'll be back high food cost for lack of service. I'm good .

Absolutely beautiful surroundings! And excellent tacos!!! Really a special place, welcoming families and couples, dogs and children!!! Pleasantly surprised by this discovery! Tucked away inside the Polo Club (just tell the guard that you are going to Juan's for entry)!! Highly recommend!! I can imagine a party with Mariachi music to enhance the experience!

Spent 70 dollars for cold food! Visiting from out of town staying in a hotel, Not happy! Ordered a couple meals for take out! got back to the hotel and they forgot the tortillas for fajitas not a big deal but the food was already slightly cold. So having to return to pick up tortillas which takes about 15 minutes was an inconvenience! The girl on the phone was nice until I requested she ask if we can exchange the cold food for fresh food, but after discussing it with my partner we opted out of the exchange due to worry the food would be comprised for complaining about it besides we could just heat it up in the microwave in the lobby so it wasn’t a big concern! Once we returned with the two lousy small tortillas we discovered that we couldn’t heat any of meals up in the microwave because every single plate of take out was lined with aluminum foil! CHEPOS why are you doing this? you bring in enough to afford boxes for your take out customers, why are you reinforcing plates with foil?Without having any other plates to transfer beans and rice and burritos to in order to warm up our meal, it all went into the trash, because it’s all garbage if it’s all cold! Ugh! Might return to Alaska will never ever return to chepos or CHEAPOs

Food completely changed not the same! The one on 441 and forest hill much better. I think there is new management. The chicken had no taste and crema isn’t the same it’s watered down. It’s no longer also $3 chicken tacos it’s $5 and the water is now $4 when used to be free. The service was sub par the environment was nice. It’s just completely changed. It’s no longer my go to taco spot.

This place is PERFECT, the food was amazing and the outdoor activities are brilliant. If I had an issue it would be with our waitress. Drinks took forever and possibly forgotten. We saw her on her phone yelling at someone while we still haven't received some of our drinks. She did know the menu and was polite when at the table. She could be a great server if she prioritized her customers. Also, I understand the seating is outdoors, but there were ants on the table, ground and if I turned away they were on the food..:( maybe invest in landscaping bug traps i don't know. Overall this is a hidden gem! I cannot wait for it to grow and finish soccer field and more. ****

Food was absolutely terrible and the service is lackluster. None of the food had any flavor at all. The restaurant itself is a cute place and very inviting but the food needs some major work.

Clean, great customer service and amazing food and drinks and well…what else can you want?! Go for the food, stay for the service and drinks and well, what can I add, let me see ?…. Oh yeah!!! #enjoy and the rest will be history! I promise! ?

Ok I hate to give 2 stars but this place deserved it. Firstly the place is woefully understaffed. The girl who was hostess/bartender/server and every other position available did her best. The chips were not very good, tasted stale. The food took ages. The fajita chicken meat was gross. Chewy and poor quality. The enchiladas we had were the best thing. Especially the blanco. The rojo had the same bad chicken. Overpriced. Not sure how they stay in business !
