I love Dunkin Donuts at any location mainly due to their coffee but the 2 ladies working the counter, Ellie and Diamond at this location are the best, they are both very kind, professional and friendly. You rarely see that in the fast-food Industry from younger employees much anymore.

Saw the Dunkin sign outside and decided to get a breakfast sandwich their. On their window there's a sign stating free donut with any purchase, on Wednesday only. Went in and asked for that special and was told by the manager it's no on. I mentioned it shows on the window but she then said it's for apt purchases only. I'll attach a phone of the ad here. She explained the $6 menu special took it's place, so I got that instead. Bacon, Egg and Cheese croissant with a medium coffee and hash browns. When the sandwich was done I asked for ketchup and was informed they're out of the packets. I sat down on a torn seat bench table and ate my good. The sandwich was good and so we're the Hashbrowns and Coffee. So 4 stars for the food, 2 for the service and 2 for the atmosphere. When I was seated, a lady came in with a dog stroller and two dogs, Not Service Dogs. She didn't order anything, she was just there for a table and to use their wifi. I love dogs, have two adopted Westies currently, but I don't bring the into food establishments. Picture of our fur kids just after we adopted them last year, both 7 years old, and the window sign for the free donut on Wednesday.

The staff at this location this morning was so vibrant and friendly. I left in the best mood and all I did was grab a quick coffee and donut and my coffee was made correctly so that’s also a plus!

Oddly enough I had a great experience in dunkin today. I say that because I am a Starbucks girlie. Haha. The staff was super awesome. The ladies gave me great suggestions on my food and then brought it out to me hot and fresh. It was super clean and the atmosphere was welcoming. The staff was clearly known by the locals and were always greeted with warm smiles, and returned them with enthusiasm, joy, and excellent service.
I stayed for about 2 hours working while waiting on my friend at the dentist. I enjoyed the entire experience and can see this place being one of my go tos when I need to work outside of home.
Ally & Mona are great and deserved a shoutout??????
This is by far the best location! Not only are their donuts and food always fresh, but the establishment is very clean. Mona and Ally go above and beyond to serve with a smile and to make sure all orders are correct. They've never confused our orders as many other locations do. It is because of them that we keep coming back to this location. Thank you, Mona and Ally!

I went the other morning for my daughter's last day of school ever and I beat the opener there by at least 10 minutes. I got there at 5:03am bc it opens at 5am. It was dark, closed down. Then after a few mins, someone pulls in. After a few mins in the car, they get out. Open sign is never turned on. She went about her business opening and after 5 mins I walked in. It was 5:22am before she was able to help me and the registers hadn't been opened, so I had to pay cash bc the credit card reader wasn't operational without the register. I also needed to get international family members to the airport and we had to leave at 530am. This shot my whole morning and caused me a bunch of unnecessary stress. All I hear from everyone is how bad the service is here at this location. This was my first (and last) time going there.

I am a frequent customer of this Dunkin and truly only because of the days Alina and Mona are working. They are the epitome of excellent customer service, and the store always looks incredible when they are on staff. Other times, I think the store suffers, sadly. The best stores prosper with the right people.One day I even asked Alina if she was the owner because I saw her working so hard cleaning cheerfully, quickly doing orders, creating relationships with customers, smiling and happy while doing it, she just “Had it down”. When she told me she wasn’t the owner, I was shocked since I could tell how much she valued her work and the brand. Mona is always smiling, goes above and beyond as well. Thanks for always making my morning GREAT to these two at this Dunkin!

I experienced the staff bullying other workers calling them fat and rolling their eyes. It was heartbreaking. This store needs adult management. Unacceptable.
