12/1/25: young woman apparently training. There were about 4-5 customers. Woman apparently left him alone to deal with all the orders..he became bewildered and she became VERY NASTY when he went in the back to get her. Very inappropriate way to train anyone.. He was trying very hard to remain calm. She created an extremely hostile situation for the young boy she was supposedly training. It was appalling to me as a former business manager with training responsibilities.

Possibly the worst Dunkin I've ever experienced. I went back multiple times over a week because I was in that area. Each day they were out of something basic... No napkins one day... No ketchup for two days.... No pumpkin, jelly or glazed donuts by 11am. The restaurant does not appear very clean.

food is good but staff is not so good. ordered online , went to go pick it up which was about 10-15 minutes after ordering and not one piece of food was ready and walked into everybody just sitting around chit chatting with a dining room that was so dirty nobody wanted to sit in it. only ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 donuts and an Orange juice. won’t be using this location again.

Waited over 20 minutes just for an everything bagel with cream cheese. I get the bagel and it’s rock hard and old. Extremely disappointed
Please be aware of this location. Just paid 10.99 for 25 munchkins when the normal price is 6.49. They50 count is also $149.9 which is double your normal Dunkin’ Donuts location. I just Confirmed this with another nearby Dunkin’ Donuts who told me they are different owners so they can adjust the prices as they want….. Not worth it when you can drive a quarter mile to another establishment to pay half the price !!!

I go to Dunkin just about every morning. I pre order on the app, and just about every morning they have my order waiting and ready. The employees are so nice, greet me by name, and if my order isn't ready and they see me standing, they make sure I'm taken care quickly. Much better than the other Dunkins in Wellington.

I love Dunkin Donuts at any location mainly due to their coffee but the 2 ladies working the counter, Ellie and Diamond at this location are the best, they are both very kind, professional and friendly. You rarely see that in the fast-food Industry from younger employees much anymore.
