Today I received help from a woman named Bob there, blonde with blue eyes, wearing a black jacket... I wish she hadn't approached me asking if I needed any help and then sucked all my energy... I asked them if they had mochas, and if any of the coffees from the iced coffee section could be made hot. She very rudely tried to explain to me, as if scolding a child, that they couldn't make something they mix hot. Then, giving her another chance, I asked if they had mochas, and she asked which flavor I wanted, whether it was a latte or a cappuccino. I told her that mocha isn't a flavor, but a chocolate-based espresso/brewed coffee base. I've never seen such a rude woman in my life. I understand your job is difficult, just like everyone else's, but you can't continue doing this job being so rude; you won't have a job... Don't forget you're selling coffee, and if you're not going to sell that either, as I said, there's no business left. Anyway, I will never go back again, and I will stop anyone who tries to go back. The 3.6 Google review already explains everything... I rated service 1 star I wish I could do 0, atmosphere was nice but food I can’t really tell anything cause didn’t have a chance to try based on that lady’s attitude.

I am giving five stars to this Dunkin location because me and my three friends had a great experience due to MIKE! He was really amazing at explaining the menu and giving us his opinions on drinks and food! He was very patient and welcoming. We want to come back just for him! He is very kind and helpful! He deserves a raise! Thank you Mike at Dunkin! You’re the best!

I wish I had caught her name but the woman working cashier this morning was an absolute pleasure. In the morning rush someone must have mistakenly grabbed my bacon egg and cheese, she noticed I had been waiting (after not even that long) and got me all taken care of without me even really having to say a word. Incredible service, thank you!

This Dunkin’ really needs better management. The tables and floor were dirty, trash cans overflowing, and the restroom looked neglected. On top of that, the cashier was extremely rude — she turned her back on us mid-conversation when we asked about our almond milk order. We didn’t feel like tipping after that. It’s sad because some staff seem to work hard, but one person’s bad attitude and poor cleanliness ruin the entire experience. Won’t return.

I came this morning and had great service! The white lady outside taking orders was very nice great energy and the black lady at the window was also so so nice! No complaints about grabbing me a water even tho they were busy!! Both ladies were so pretty also food was pretty good and coffee too

Much improved place. It has become my local go to DD.
The people who work here dont listen. They ALWAYS get my order wrong. I only keep going back because it's literally 2 minutes from my house but at this point im just throwing away money. Its only this location that they mess everything up.
