$7.16 for a large coffee that isn’t filled to the top is pretty disappointing… When I questioned it, I was told it was because I ordered it with less ice, that doesn’t make any sense… I have been ordering iced coffee with less ice for years and have always received a full cup of coffee (at other location), I’m not sure why this location can’t get that right or at least take care of the customer and make it right…
At least they mixed the coffee right.

I ordered two iced lattes, and was not offered or given a receipt. Not the end of the world. I got home and took a few sips of my drink, disgusted to find a hair in one of these sips. I will not be finishing my drink and am very disappointed. Uodate: I dumped it out and there was ANOTHER hair. And no, they are definitely not mine. These are straight and dyed black with blonde roots. I have curly auburn hair.

I ordered a blueberry muffin just to get to my destination and dig into a chocolate chip muffin .. very annoyed ..

Very good quality. But right now, I felt it's overpriced. The dozen donuts are about 13 dollars. Apple fritters 2.29 each... insane. But the service is great. Super clean. Still the best donuts, but my sincere opinion overpriced

Always the slowest Dunkin I've ever been to. Drive through takes a minimum of 15 min every single time even with only 2 cars in line. And this with the "oven broken" so no food orders.

This is a disgusting Dunkin. Although I live right next door I will drive to the one in Royal Palm or Lox Groves for a coffee. The people are filthy (nasty clothes, dirty hands and fingernails) and rude. People have witnessed workers licking the spoons after stirring drinks. They never could get an order correct and want to get an attitude with the customers. AVOID THIS DUNKIN.
This place is horrible very rude people at the window, and they take your money and then they cover your cup with germs full of bacteria they should cleans their hands or use gloves without touching money at the sane time, very unsafefor our health, tried calling the store for a Mngr Noone answers. ?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️

I had to repeat myself 3 times at the drive thru which I thought was due to the landscapers outside. I got to the window and the blonde girl who took my order asked me what donut I ordered again. I told her and then asked why the refresher I ordered was more for a small than what was marked on the board for a medium. She immediately got an attitude and said 'I don't know why, I don't control the board' to which I responded 'Well you can let whoever does control the board know'. The worker again asked me what kind of donut I ordered. She closed the window, got my change and asked AGAIN what donut I ordered. I only ordered ONE SINGLE DONUT. Staff was extremely rude. I definitely will drive to go to another location to avoid them!

In the most respectful way this place is quite literally disgusting. It’s ran by 15 year olds who are absolutely clueless. Drive through wait time is sometimes longer than 30 minutes no exaggeration. Just all around terrible every single time.

SERIOUSLY??? They do not serve golf carts at the drive thru !!! Yesterday (in my car) I waited at the drive thru for 9 minutes to place the order, then advanced forward only to be held up with 2 cars in front. I waited, and waited and waited. Car behind me were starting to beep ( like that’s going to make them move any faster) after 19 minutes the front car left the window. By the time I was served it was a total of 25 minutes. BTW there were not 1 car in the parking lot for inside customers. What is the deal with this management?
