On free doughnut day they accidentally charged me for someone else’s order, had to pay 25$ instead of 3$, then I was told I couldn’t get a refund and I could just get what the person in front of me ordered…. Came back a few weeks later and they burnt my food and made my coffee wrong, when I asked if I could get my food remade she scoffed at me and didn’t even toast the bread. Now

Not very welcoming to people. I was with a group of women and SUDDENLY I was told after 2hrs the womans bathroom was BROKEN...just the WOMENS? But the men's was Fine? And after using the men's room I was complained to?
Really? And if that place is run by woman who happen to be Hispanic I hate to bring up racism but I am pretty sure I experienced it....
I shall NEVER come back and do my business elsewhere.....
I walked into Dunkin at 5:54 PM and it was empty. I yelled out if anyone was here and if they were closed and the young lady came out and said yes, we are closed when I went into my car. I got on my phone and I saw that they actually close at 6 PM. I was so shocked. I did not go back in because I do not like people making my food (I all I wanted was a drink) if they don’t want to.

Every time I mistakenly order coffee from here. They do not know how to make coffee. If I take order back in to tell them. Instead of making me a new one, they try to fix the order and it ends up getting more worse. It’s just pure milk and sugar. No wonder Starbucks do better business then dunkin.

This is a nice Dunkin location located in the Kobasko plaza. Prices are a bit higher than other Dunkin's in the area but the food is great, coffee is made fresh every time and the customer service is great. I recommend the hashbrowns at this location since they prep just right each time.

Horrible customer service. Im a franchisee as well, and they argued with me that they didnt have any donuts and wont give me another pastry to compensate for my survey i took, my drink was $7 they didnt want to make a sale told me the muffin / crossant cost more than donut, yes true, but you dont have any donuts. I walked out and informed them im going to corporate, this is very unprofessional. They always have issues at this location. I told her i franchise a marcos pizza. I dont tell my customers at 5pm on weekend that im out of pizza and dont do anything to compensate.
P.s. i know they try to charge an expresso shot price if you ask to replace dairy. Usually its .75 cent to a dollar any other dunkin. Cheap scammers here charge $1.50 for a "shot of expresso". I let that one go on wednesday, came back friday to order a drink and donut, then experience same thing "expresso shot" to replace milk with non dairy alternative.
P.s. #2. I went on wednesday to order a drink and claim free donut, she charged me "shot of expresso" for milk alternative. She then CHARGED me on purpose, for the donut I asked that comes with wednesday promo. I paid, looked at receipt and told her hey the donut was suppose to be free and showed her my app and the promo sticker on her window. She said you were suppose to let me scan otherwise not free. I know dang well that there was not any miscommuncation. She just wanted an extra $1.69 on top of charging me twice as much for milk alternative. These few cents / dollars she scams from all customers add up, and I didnt care much, but she lit a fire. Thats called scamming. She messed with the wrong customer, now im calling her out for her bad practice.
Ive never seen a dunkin ran by such a cheap franchisee. She was here arguing with me and her co worker, because the co worker said I can have a crossant, but she agressively yelled at her co worker saying no. And most likely trash talking me in their language.

What's with the lack of donuts??
If there was a way to know ahead of time, no big deal.
I went to dunkin today & once again the manager there was completely rude & unprofessional. I can't believe that she is allowed to work with human beings. Well, I wouldn't even allow her to work with pets with that lack civility.
I am not even going to explain the situation because it really doesn't matter the situation that results in a manager telling a customer "go , I don't care". She has always been rude & dismissive to other customers. However, today she did it w/me & I bit my tongue not to give her a piece of my mind, turned and just left. Yet, as I was leaving is when she said go, I don't care". Unbelievable!!
This dunkin is 2mins away from me which is why I go there. However, I rather commute farther to spend my money where I, the customer am respected!
Pls beware of the rude manager at this Dunkin near Olympia, on Forest Hill!!

Title: A Truly Disappointing Experience
I recently had the misfortune of dealing with a manager whose attitude was nothing short of appalling. From the moment I approached the counter, it was clear that customer service was not a priority for them. The manager’s demeanor was dismissive and condescending, making me feel as though I was a nuisance rather than a valued customer.
To make matters worse, there was a significant mix-up with my order. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the manager responded with a rude tone and a complete lack of clarity. Their poor language manners only added to the confusion, as I struggled to understand what they were trying to communicate. I left feeling more bewildered than when I arrived.
It’s astonishing how a single individual can tarnish an entire establishment with their attitude. This manager clearly needs training in basic customer service skills and a crash course in respect. I won’t be returning, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before patronizing this place. Save yourself the headache!. I hope owner take seriously this review she jeopardize your business.

It's alright, but they need to be better organized. I used the mobile app to call in an order and my drink was ready, but I had to wait for 20 minutes for my food because I guess they forgot to make it.
