I visited with family and friends. We had a great time the food was delicious, came hot and just as we ordered. We will return to this First Watch location as well as the Coral Springs location too!!

They must be deleting reviews. Because this place is horrible. Every time I come, there’s an issue. The black girl in the front that’s gossiping and laughing around walked away from getting our order because our daughter was crying and stated she didn’t want to hear the crying. Very unprofessional. After that, she never came back to check on us. We decided to leave and never orders for ourselves. However, the manager was nice enough to gift us a somewhat gift card since it was our child’s 1st birthday. I came in today to sit down and try again. Man do I regret it. I simply asked the male server with long curly hair if I can order off of the kids meal for my child, but two different plates so she can have a variety of food since the kids meals aren’t really portioned with protein, carbs, fats, etc. Instead, he charged me extra and gave me a full plate of everything. I also stated we cannot have bacon in which he brought out bacon anyways. I told him don’t worry about it, I’ll just give back the bacon. He said he was going to fix the plate or pricing ? Unsure because he wasn’t very articulative to my understanding. I cut a few pieces of the turkey sausage given and they were pink and mushy. Can you believe it ? I called over the manager again to ask how they cook it and he said I feed this to my own baby as well. Now I’m concerned about food borne illness. I check out at the register and the same black girl from 2 weeks ago checks me out and I ask, I should have about $6 leftover in a balance since I used the $20 gift card given (thankful). The manager proceeds to come up and state I already took off of your bill. But my question is ? When did I ask you to take off of my bill during my time here ? It was offered and I said nothing. Second, I was in shock with how now the manager was behaving because I was quiet the entire time as I didn’t understand how this gift card worked. You can redeem it but if your bill is lower than $20, say $14, and you have $6 left over, you can’t use it again for another time. I said “you know what don’t worry about it, thank you.” And walked away. Now I’m concerned for my baby and myself that we consumed undercooked, mushy and pink turkey sausage, especially since my daughter has been struggling with her tummy. As I proceed to walk out, quietly, the manager says to the same black girl, “oh I gave her this much already, etc etc.” This is bad faith customer service practice and this establishment should be shut down. The food is horrible and the service feels like a foodbourne illness. Imagine, every time I come in there’s an issue. I went to the west Palm beach location on lakes last week, and the food was wonderful, fresh, and the service was quick and refreshing. What a shame. I hope they close down this establishment and rebuild from the ground up. So each person I encountered seemed like the were hired without proper training.

Thank you for reminding me why I don’t go out to eat. Cold food and poor service is what this place offered. We ordered the skillet hash, eggs were overcooked, cheese was cold, tasted almost like dish water. The server was gone for majority of the meal. Our food came and no follow up to check to see if food came out ok. Next time I saw the waiter, he was handing us our checks while we were eating. Not asking for boxes or anything else. He wanted us out of there and I happily obliged. Never coming back to any of these locations.

The food is still okay but the service has gone downhill dramatically been coming to this location for years and my last visit will definitely be my last. I went for breakfast about 9:00 a.m. got seated within a few minutes server came to get our order 30 minutes goes by he comes back and says what was your order again so we give him the order again 30 more minutes goes by and still no food.
