During my visit, my friends and I decided on brunch a Saturday morning. We showed up around 11, no reservations, and were quickly seated. Our waitress was cool and patient with us. First time visiting and I don’t regret my choice for a healthy breakfast in Wellington! Tried out their new fall menu item - the Blazing Dragon - and it didn’t disappoint! Christopher (my server) was very helpful in ensuring that I didn’t over-order as the portion sizes were quite filling. Always good healthy food at First Watch. There was no waiting on this occasion. Ambiance is good but they're always challenged by too many guests. One item didn't come out with our meal and never came as requested but everything else was delicious and as ordered.
