We love coming to five guys. We usually go to this location. We got the double cheese burger with tomatoes, grilled onions , lettuce tomatoes, pickles . So fresh and delicious ! You must get the Cajun fries as well. Can’t miss !

I ordered a regular burger with bacon grilled onions and grilled mushrooms. That is a $12 burger. I noticed one burger had a red dot instead of the normal number sticker ( 1, 2 or 3 depending on how many burgers you ordered. When we opened the burger it had onions mushrooms and bacon but no burger patties. I returned and was given a new burger but who would order a $12 with no patties?

They don’t offer the new combo. Crazy if you think I’m paying $20 for a little cheeseburger fries and coke. Lol

How are you a burger place and don’t answer the phone at 8pm? Constant issue with this place. This place is legit one of the worst serviced 5 guys of all time, and I’ve been to a lot of them.

Disappointed. This is not like five guys in georgia. Over cook burgers. Dried out. Like it was precook than cook again. This was one time. I'll try it again and update. Not very clean, and staff was not overly friendly.

I have eaten at several five guys locations in Florida and the food was great. This location was a disaster. The burger was overcooked and the fries were soggy. I ordered here twice in case the first time was an off day. The second time was as bad as the first. Will not be back.

$17 for cheeseburger and fries. Make it make sense!👎🏼

So, as a business operation, the cashier (who was a hard worker and no fault of his own) was answering phone orders, while taking orders, while making milkshakes. Solution: Possibly have either an answering service for phone orders or a person dedicated to that job to keep the line moving and customer mood great.
