Very unprofessional service worst service ever.

I’m the only person in here and the lady working the register gave me a receipt for someone who left an hour before I walked in

so the cooks who can’t comprehend a complete sentence Keep calling a number over and over and over for a receipt no one has and I’m explaining to them that I’m the ONLY person in here and it must be mine but the only thing they can say are NUMBERS!!!!!!!!

The place is pretty clean but the experience is dog water for a 20$ burger

This locations food quality was disappointing.

Burger came cold, cheese couldn’t even melt. The price is also absurdly high for what you get.

Milkshake was good though, but expensive.

Overall Five Guys isn’t what it was in the past, it’s not delivering value anymore for the price.

Best burger

Twice (back to back order) in one day that they screwed up my uber eats order. First time, I didn’t get my order and got someone else’s order. Second time I received one less item than I ordered and the hot dog was cold. This store really needs to pay attention to details. This is my second time ordering from this store and has been my worst experience.

At this location, Food is never the best quality. Fries are always undercooked/ soggy. Burgers are always built sloppy. Sad because Five Guys is actually good.

Stopped here while in London Ontario I was extremely impressed by not only the service but the food - lettuce wrapped burgers & hotdogs and of course the fries for days. This was not a once off experience as we returned for another visit and the experience was equally amazing

Excellent fries and burgers. They throw extra fries into the bag. The fries are thick cut and hot. Cheese on the burger wasn’t melted though.

Food was great, service was great, it was over $40 just for a burger and fry for 2 people, so I probably could have got 2 fillet mignon meals for that price, but the food was good.

Unbelievably high prices for greasy salty overcooked low-quality ground meat. I don't understand the draw. The place is noisy, and messy, and not welcoming.
