Five Guys is my go to place for burgers and fries. Every time I eat a burger from this establishment, I can expect a truckload of flavor and juiciness making each bite a perfect bite. Fries are crispy and hot and taste amazing as well. I find the cost of these meals pricy unfortunately, so I go here every now and then.

It's just not a location I will ever patronize again as a customer. Not only is the food incredibly expensive, but the service is especially awful. As an FYI, I am directing my comments toward the woman who was managing the store in the late afternoon of 3/2/24. This woman's lack of regard for customers, who had to wait far beyond normal waiting times for their food, is an awful look for the brand and an embarrassment to ownership.To be clear, I work part-time for a food delivery service. You can always judge the quality of a brand based on how management treats their workers and their customers. The manager in question on this day was surly, unhelpful, and couldn't even apologize for the slow service. And this was despite the fact that there were only 3-4 customers in the place.Maybe the people responsible at Five Guys will make a better effort to train this woman, who clearly has no idea how to respect paying customers. Personally, I will never go back to this location for anything. There are better places for burgers with more reasonable prices, where the clients are treated with respect.By the way, check out the cost to buy a burger, regular fries, and a shake. It's $28, plus tax. Who would have thought dinner for 2 at Five Guys would cost $60 with tax?

Got a burger and banana shake. Got home with the shake and I kid you not it tasted horrible. Like mega salty for some reason. I tried to call the restaurant to warn them 3 times and the staff didn't answer. What's more the mailbox was full so I couldn't even leave a message.

All honesty the crew that works from open to the afternoon shift sucks compared to women that work in the evening until close. Throw away the whole morning crew and get some more women like the evening crew to work in the morning. Hands down the African American are better cooks and you should rename the Place to Five
The fame that Five Guys has earned is not in vain. The best burgers in this area. The music is not loud and whenever we come the place is clean. You don't have to lose, come with confidence.
