Our experience at this Flanigan’s was incredibly disappointing, and we feel it’s important to share it so others don’t have to go through the same. Even though there were several empty tables (7 outside and 3 inside), we were left waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes just to sit outside. That alone was frustrating, but it got worse. We were seated in a non-smoking area, yet other customers were smoking, and the staff did nothing about it, making the whole situation uncomfortable for us. Then, when we finally tried to order food at 12:30am (still well before their 2am closing time), the waiter rudely told us that we couldn’t order anything more, as if they were doing us a favor by serving us at all. We left feeling completely ignored and mistreated. Honestly, we wouldn’t recommend this place unless management takes serious steps to improve how customers are treated. No one should have to deal with service like that.

Amazing BBQ wings...like that sticky, yummy bbq...Flanigan's showing everyone how to do BBQ wings right...all you other chicken spots need to take out your pens and pencils and take notes...hands down the goat!

Love everything here... all the food is amazing especially rib rolls! Service is excellent. I recommend joining wait list online so you don't wait for a table! The wait is usually like an hour if you just show up on evenings and weekends.

Fried shrimp was excellent and portions were big. Coleslaw, tumbleweed onions and seafood gumbo also were top notch. Noise level a bit loud in the bar area

Ive been eating here for 16 years . We had the best experience Tonight ! Nicole our waitress served me prime rib medium rare and as always it is delicious !! I even enjoyed the new flanigans little green cups .

Went to eat with a friend and waitress had a cold upon greeting us at the table. This is bothersome but moved on with ordering. Ate our food and the waitress kept coming and asking if we needed anything or wanted dessert. Each time she passed our table she would huff and puff and roll her eyes. One time she said to us do you need anything because I’m missing the rush. After some time of watching her walk past irritated she said under her breath but loud enough for us to hear…ugh they are still here. She came and said I’m clearing the table. Not caring if we were done basically hinting for us to leave. This waitress was unbelievably rude in just wanting us to leave. When we got up she never said thank you or good night. She should not be in the hospitality industry if her attitude stays like this.
