Had dinner this past Friday Nov. 14, 2025 the chicken Scarpariello had almost no chicken and what was there were tiny pieces there was more in chicken soup it was a total disappointment I will recommend my fiends to go else where
My family purchased a gift card for our birthday to celebrate the occasion @ Franco’s back in July. Today we attempted to redeem that gift card and the new ownership would NOT even have the courtesy to come out to discuss the rejection of said gift card purchased mere months ago.
To say this was a disappointing and completely unprofessional way of handling a long time customer with many prior successful visits to this establishment is a major understatement.

We’ve dined at Franco Italian Bistro many times over the years, but our recent visit was truly something special. The restaurant is now under new ownership, and the fresh energy is undeniable. Nick, the new owner from Queens, NY, greeted us personally and made us feel instantly welcomed—like part of the family.
