Loved our table in the front corner. Food, service were incredible. One of our new favorite places!

Vern and the new owners have somehow made this great place even more amazing especially with their one on one customer service!

We've been to Francos many times. Every time was fantastic. The service is impeccable, & food always delicious. Hey have spruced up some of the interiors and it looks beautiful.

This is my 3rd time to Franco's. Last night was my 3rd visit with reservations. When we got there again for the 3rd time there was no table available for 2 inside for our reservation and were told it would be a half hour so we had to have a dining table half at the bar area. As for the food we ordered the special Mussels appetizer. When it came out it appeared the mussels were almost evaporated or burnt. There was nothing in the shells. We sent them back and they agreed something was wrong. We then got our dinner I had Zuppa De Pesce. The same mussels came out in that dish. I explained that obviously there was an issue with the mussels that evening. They did offer to bring additional clams instead. The other dinner was a chicken parm with spaghetti. One small chicken cutlet which was dry as well as the pasta with sauce. The portion was terrible as well. Since they felt bad about the mussel app special which they took off the bill they said they'd offer free dessert. We declined so they offered a free drink and we ordered 1 chocolate martini to share. The bill came and they didn't take the drink off like they said. It was an all around awkward situation so we didn't say anything about the drink charge. That wasn't our only drink of the evening as we had ordered a cosmo and lemon drop martinis. Overall for the price, food quality and reservation experience it needs a big improvement.We were very disappointed this time.

Under new owner it's a winner. Decor is gorgeous well done. Our server Frank was a delight helped w menu selection. Appetizers were delish main course was also we all had something different. It's not your chain pizza joint.great wine selection w full bar. We had a wonderful time noise level was near none enjoyed our evening w friends. See you soon

Kitchen got backed up and took a little bit to get our food, but service was amazing and they were attentive the entire time. Highly recommend

Wonderful Italian dinner experience! We had the pleasure of meeting the new owners, a lovely family who made us feel like old friends. The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. I would absolutely go back!

We've dined at Franco Italian Bistro many times over the years, but our recent visit was truly something special. The restaurant is now under new ownership, and the fresh energy is undeniable. Nick, the new owner from Queens, NY, greeted us personally and made us feel instantly welcomed—like part of the family. His hospitality and genuine passion for the restaurant are already making a noticeable impact. Our server Frank was an absolute delight—friendly, engaging, and made the evening even more enjoyable. The food was fantastic as always, with the penne vodka being a standout—rich, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. To top it off, the desserts are now brought in from Junior's in NYC, which was such a fun and delicious surprise. We're so excited to see where Nick takes this beloved spot and can't wait to return. Franco's is clearly in great hands!

Franco was just taken over by new owners and Wow we did nit think it could be better but last night was fantastic. The new owners walked around, made you feel like home. We will Definitely be returning soon

This evening my husband and I enjoyed the most fabulous dinner at Franco's. The new owners, Ira, Nick, and Chris were so gracious, welcoming, and totally present for our entire experience. They continually checked, made sure that everything was done to perfection, and service was amazing. The food reminded me of being back in NYC with authentic Italian dishes from appetizer to dessert. We had the steak and linguini specials that were delicious, prepared and presented beautifully. We were very pleased with their attention to every detail and their personable attitude from the owners to the servers. The homemade focaccia bread made every day by Chris was the best ever and that was just the beginning of our fantastic experience! I believe it's under new management. Although I loved the previous management. New seats-very comfy. Same menu-food is always good. Hope to see some new selections on the menu.

The new owners are doing a great job. The food is outstanding and so is the service. Chris the owner came to our table several times making sure we were happy.

It was Delicious & a Nice atmosphere. Generally service was good -but water / bus boy service aspect could be more attentive.
