These people went beyond to make sure my last minute birthday cookie cake was amazing!! They take their time to customize anything you want!! Such a sweet staff and a delicious snack!!!

When I tell you this store has over, exceeded my expectations I mean beyond your average service. That was the best gingerbread cookie I have ever had! I’ve been waiting years for great American cookies to make one close enough to me in my travels. And this store finally brought me the joy I’ve been missing after so long. The service is immaculate, A1, highly recommend getting your desserts from here. It’s the people that make it magical, the cookies are a bonus. 🩵

Excellent customer service! I needed a birthday cookie cake in a hurry and they were able to have the perfect cake decorated for me in 15 minutes. It was delicious. Thank you Great American Cookies ?

Absolutely disgusted! Foul! Got a two cookie combo and the first one had had a whole HAIR in it!!!! I could not even finish it or eat the other cookie I had gotten. When I went back and showed the lady (whose hair was in my food) she said it was disgusting and offered me another cookie. Why would I want another cookie when I didn’t even finish the combo I had. She then only gave me a refund for the one cookie instead of both. Absolutely disgusted and will never be eating there again.

Visited the mall and decided to try this place. Had to know if the cookies were worth the cost and when I say they were absolutely delicious and a MUST try. Ordered the Brookie and Snickerdoodle and both exceeded my expectations, so soft, sweet and yummy. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the Wellington Mall.

My family has been ordering cookies from Great American Cookies for years and they never let us down. The cookies taste as AMAZING as they look, always fresh baked!! Without a doubt, this is our favorite dessert!

They are so nice.

I had an interesting experience when I stopped in here a couple months ago. First off, I was ignored by the male employee even when I was the only person in the store. Then when a family came in he helped them right away. After they left I was expecting to be attended to, but the man started playing on his phone and then— he started picking his nose. I quickly turned around and walked out of there.

Best cookies ever! Great store service and and they really cater to you. Amy and Harry go the extra mile for you.
