The quality of food lies somewhere between gas station food and government cheese purchased with my parents ACTUAL paper food stamps.

The lobster mac was 100% half lobster and half imitation crab.

The chicken was processed to the quality of panera "pre hormone" advertising.

I'm mad some girl from Instagram influenced my dinner plans.

I'd rather eat spam from a can then eat this it's unholy debauchery.

This location was a disappointment. The service was mediocre at best. The lady taking orders did not know how to use the handheld machine that's used to input the orders. She looked for help from the only other employee there who was distracted talking to a guy who seemed to be her boyfriend. I had to go over to her and ask for assistance for her to help the employee who was struggling. Our 3 bowls that were ordered at the same time were brought out to our table at different times. The meals were hot, but the chicken used in the chicken parm bowls tasted weird and rubbery. My husband ordered the philly bowl that was the only one that tasted good. However, the menu said it was made with mushrooms, but there weren't any mushrooms in the bowl. The other 2 bowls weren't enjoyable. So much so that We didn't finish 2 of the 3 bowls we ordered due to them not tasting good. At $13 a bowl, they were not worth it. Even the napkins were jammed in the dispensers, so something as small as getting napkins was a struggle.

The bathrooms also needed desperate attention. Since the toilet, sink, and floors were all dirty.

We loved the food! We got a tomato bacon grilled cheese and a build your own Mac and Cheese bowl. We got it with a side of tater tots and Mac and cheese balls. We loved the music they had on and the aesthetic in the store was really trendy too!

Not better than Stouffers but 4x the price. Doesn't make sense. This idea could be done so well with fresh pasta, better cheese, better toppings... and a complete makeover.
