Alexis was amazing and had a magnetic energy, she suggested the pumpkin smoothie. I’ll definitely be back to see her for another recommendation and for a fresh dose of her bubbly vibe

I'm a Wellington local and come by this Jamba pretty often. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to after reading the one left by TJ. I stopped in the other day with my daughters and we grabbed some smoothies. Everything turned out great the staff was super friendly and really kind to us. Honestly, I’d had a rough day, and just the small gesture of them being accommodating and tossing in a little extra really lifted my mood.
Later on, I actually came back for another round (yes, it was that kind of day), and walked in just after a man had left turns out it might’ve been the same guy who wrote that review. Just to clarify, there’s never been a kids menu here anyone who comes regularly would know that. I’ve never expected one, and it’s never been an issue.
Also, I’ve ordered the Peanut Butter Moo’d more times than I can count, and they’ve always gotten it right. My daughter has a peanut allergy, and the staff has always handled it carefully and respectfully, which I really appreciate.
If you’re wondering whether this Jamba’s worth going to it definitely is. The team here is great. People like the last reviewer honestly make things harder for folks just doing their jobs. No matter how much they try to help, some customers just aren’t going to be satisfied.
To the staff here thank you. Every time I’ve come in, you’ve been kind and positive. And if someone has a different experience then maybe it says more about them than it does about you. Ill continue to be coming here.

I typically won't leave a negative review even if I've had a bad experience because I try my best to maintain an attitude of gratitude. However this visit to Jamba Juice was horrible. Every location I've ever been to has had a kid's menu, for whatever reason this one did not. My son has severe allergies and he always gets the same drink. They had no idea how to make the drink and they tried to make something similar twice and failed. Then our 3 other drinks tasted off. It is what it is, I think what bothered me the most is they didn't seem to care, they were sloppy, and the service just sucked. I'll drive the extra distance to go to Boca. Their service is always good.

Terrible service. Girls here not taking this job seriously all. Had to make same drink over 3 times wasn't even frozen. Then managed to screw up 3 peanut butter moos. 4 drinks all trash. Avoid this location.

I stormed into Jamba Juice like a smoothie-seeking legend, ready to claim what I thought was my divine right—a free smoothie. Enter Sharath and Mikaila, the gatekeepers of the blender kingdom. I gave them my best “I’m very important” look and whispered the sacred phrase: “Can I get a free smoothie?”
Sharath blinked at me like I’d just asked for the last unicorn. Mikaila laughed—a laugh so innocent and pure, yet somehow filled with denial. They refused. No trumpets, no confetti, no “Congratulations, you’re our 1,000th customer!” Just… rules. Policies. Corporate responsibility.
They made me PAY. Like a commoner.
Honestly? The smoothies were great. But my hopes and dreams? Crushed harder than their fresh-squeezed oranges.
Sharath, Mikaila—I’ll be back. And next time, I’m bringing a coupon.

Best way to order is through kiosk. No customer service anywhere these days. So sad.
Stopped by at around 540PM. Darrien was mopping the floors. Out of respect we used the other doors to not mess up what he had mopped already. As soon as we approached the register, Darrien walked around and asked “how can I help you guys?” We just walked in so obviously we weren’t sure what we wanted. Instead of being courtesy, Darrien, with an attitude, gave us no time and said “ok we’ll use the self checkout when you’re ready.” Lifted his hands and hit his register then proceeded to walk away. We were extremely appalled and confused. We didn’t even order. We decided to just leave since the one person running the store couldn’t show us the proper customer service you would expect at any place of business.
Never thought I’d be a patron here as I am a homebody but I am pleasantly very happy to have enjoyed my experiences recently with both service and quality. Bastion has been such a welcoming employee to interact with which in today’s environment is few & far in between!
You always get a smile and good service..

Great selection of smoothies, acai bowls, etc.
I really like the gal that worked on this day. She gave me the extra in a separate cup and was super sweet.

The juice drinks are good but I feel they are very over priced. Nearly $9 for a small sized carrot and orange juice blend
