The shrimp with noodles they custom made it so my daughter could also eat it and it was yummy. The fried crab bao was a little stringy and weirdly textured in the middle but the rest was good.

normally enjoy coming here, today my family & I received awful service. took well over 30 mins for a server to greet us while multiple tables that sat after us were fully serviced with food already brought out. hardly ada compliant too.

Very busy crowded restaurant. Had lobster pad thai. Very over cooked lobster, was like eating a tire. And the noodles were like rubber bands. Not worth $34

This is our 5th plus visit. Most of the times we have amazing experience and food. We order the same items on every visit.
But the last 2 times we got the same server and both times it was a horrible experience and waste of our 100's or dollars. We ordered almost 5 soups, we told him soup is cold and there is hardly any liquid in it, vegetables are overflowing from the bowl, presentation was disgusting. Didn't even feel like eating them.
He mixed all our soups, my partner ordered less spicy Tom Yum Soup and got super spicy and my mom ordered mild and got spicy, when asked: he smirked. He didn't know was going on.
No sign of an apology. Sushi came out wrong. OMGGGGGG...
Service was too bad. People came after us left before us.
If it happens once, we could understand but second time the same poor food and poor service by the same server is not a coincidence. Unbelievable.

The same items ordered with the different server was always great, they know what they're doing. Never had any complaints.
I love this place that's why I bring my friends and family.

I hope this will be resolved.
Restaurant is about good food and experience. If we don't get any of these then what's the purpose of going there...

I ordered to-go and when I arrived home, I noticed my order was wrong. No big deal. It was my wife’s bday and we love this location. I called and brought the sushi back to the restaurant. I didn’t want to keep it, as it wasn’t what I ordered. When I arrived back to the restaurant I received the proper order. I then asked for sauce to go with the sushi. The young lady (who was polite) at the front desk went and asked someone named Diana for the specified sauces that I asked for. I literally watched her frustration. Diana then came to me and said “all of my kimchi sauce is out because I’m closing.” I said nothing and just looked at her with an expression of confusion. She then said “if you want, you’re gonna have to pay.” I told her that was fine. She literally charged me for every sauce. I spent $62 initially. Plus she charged me an extra $6.41 just for sauce. Granted I think anyone should pay for “extra sauce”. However, the demeanor was extremely rude and unprofessional. Then to make matters worse I have NEVER paid for EVERY sauce as sushi is expected to at least come with one sauce. The entire experience was unnecessary and distasteful.

Refreshing ! The miso soup flavorful , ginger salad and vegi rolls , fresh, fresh, fresh! Update wasn't impressed the last visit. Miso was lacking. Food was nothing I remember.

They came and took our order immediately and their food was great I love this Asian restaurant and I recommend eating there.

Lemon grass fried rice came out under cooked. Beef was grey, calamari hard like rubber. They told me they rushed the order but gave me some old monogolian beef. Sent the rice back instead of ending up in the hospital. Even the plain white tasted burned. Rafael I guess who was the manager apologized and said even though I didn't ask he would take the rice off the bill...like I was going to pay for something I didn't even eat or touch. Then he reached over my food which is a big no no. Guy doesn't have a clue!

***Your manager offered on the next visit. As for exchange of entree it had already been a lengthy time wait for when I did receive my order. Was not going to wait any longer and my stomach was turned on the under cooked entree so trying a second time was not an option. The Mongolian entree should have been given to me when it was hot and it was not. I understand you wanting to defend you place of business and that's ok but coming on here to refute my claims is absurd. I spent my hard working money and had a trash experience. Take notes and get with your staff.

I've eaten at this chain before and I always had a good experience. This place by Wellington Mall was not the best one I have visited. The food was average at best. The service was very good and the atmosphere was cool. Very convenient. Located inside the mall with an outside entrance and plenty of parking. The menu is large and they have happy hour until 7:00 p.m. at night on weekdays.

We waited 15 minutes to be greeted, and when it was it was by the manager (we were about to leave). The female manager on duty was amazing and facilitated our ordering, expedited our order, and was super nice. Unfortunately when Dalton, our server, took over, he didn't take care of us or check on any of our needs. I had to go to the bartender to get limes for our pad se ew. Bartender and manager are amazing! Server sucked. Good food as always. Thursday night 11/21 thanks again to the manager and bartender on shift this evening

I come here almost every weekend always a wonderful experience when Mya and Mia are at the bar. Today was the worst service ever no one at the bar to barely take my order and the one girl that was at the bar was way too busy doing NOTHING! Today’s customer service sucked and when I finally got a server attention to order more apps her response was “you keep eating, you want to order again???” Wow never again will I come here unless Mia and Mya are at the bar taking care of us! The one bartender that was behind the bar never even said hi or acknowledged us the whole time!!!!!
