Absolutely unacceptable! I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I arrived around 9:20 AM, and the employee taking my order was rude, aggressive, and rushed me through the process. It was a frustrating start. On a positive note, the woman handling my payment was friendly and sweet, which was a small relief.
However, when I received my food, the issues compounded. I ordered the two burritos meal, but when I checked the bag, the burritos were stuck to the paper. I attempted to peel them off, but ended up with the wrapping still attached to both. To make matters worse, my hash browns were cold. The only redeeming item was my caramel frappe, which was the one thing done correctly.
While I should have checked my order before leaving, I've never faced this kind of problem at any McDonald's, especially with the burrito meal. I will not be returning to this particular location, regardless of how hungry I am. This was a negative experience all around.

This is the worst Mc Donald’s in the area, I live in Loxahatchee so I’m stuck with this place. Every single time I order food, there’s missing items in the bag and the first three times I arrived home with the order incomplete, missing fries and even burgers for my family to eat. It is a terrible inconvenience considering I’m 15 min away and the food by when I get home is already getting cold to even think of going back to pick up what they messed up. Since then, I always check the bag when I receive an order just to confirm that the service is still awful and they’re still delivering incomplete orders. They don’t pay attention to your request, I tried to order through the app, it took them 40 min to deliver the order after I arrived. I ask for mayo, they always, and I mean it, every single time they forget the mayo. Absolutely awful service. Once, I decided to go to the restroom while I was waiting on my order, the restroom was the most gross thing I’ve ever walked into. Poop mixed with water all over the floor, the guy was trying to clean that up with a mop, that’s so unconsidered to the guy that had the bad luck of being scheduled for that day! And I’m talking about the Wellington McDonalds, one of the nicest neighborhoods in the area! Store manager NEEDS TO FIX THIS ASAP! AWFUL SERVICE!

Rudest staff. Wait times are always extensive. We were in line behind someone who took long to order and pulled up to the speaker at 10:57 for breakfast that stops at 11. We asked for breakfast and he said breakfast is over, yet the neighboring lane was allowing the car to order breakfast. I said “We don’t want lunch can we have breakfast?” and he responded “We don’t have breakfast. Do you want lunch or not?” I declined and said it was horrible service and then he said “well let me check and see what we have”. No thanks. At that point, I don’t trust you with my food. I’ve lived in Wellington since 2000 and watched this locations customer service go all the way down. I will literally drive out of my way to avoid going here again.
