Why don’t they ever give sauce when we request it on the app????? Even ordering it in person they won’t give you any sauces unless you check your bag and ask for it a second and third time.

Very disappointed- I waited in line for almost 45 minutes, and when I finally got my order, the food was cold. No apology, no urgency from the staff—just poor service all around. Definitely one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had.

Normally this McDonald’s is OK tonight we waited 30 minutes, not because of the fact that they were so busy, but the employees were extremely slow! I ordered a two cheeseburger meal for my young son. I asked for for no pickle no onion. They dumped a bunch of ketchup on it and didn’t even put cheese on it. I think this McDonald’s is gonna be going down fast. They keep this up.

We were just passing through and decided to stop with our child. We bought a Happy Meal and specifically asked for a toy from the “Ninja Turtles” series. Instead, we were given a completely different toy, with the staff saying, “Sorry, they’re out of stock, and they’re out of stock everywhere.” Our child was very upset, and so were we. And no available apple slices.
