I love Moe’s and I live really far from this location. I was so excited to get the food and immediately the vibes of the bold white man was off. I was in such a happy mood then the moment I walked in it was like a wave of bad vibes. I was so excited.

food is good staff not so much they are mean and not friendly at all especially the Spanish lady with glasses and bald guy they are very stingy with portions even if you pay for double meat not much of a difference in amount you get

I love this place. The staff is always so nice to me. I believe she is the general manager but the lady in charge is always so kind. The two gentlemen who work there are also amazing. But the other Sunday, I believe her name is Brianna, I was served by one of the shift leaders and she was incredible. She got two (pretty loaded) bowls done up real quick with great portions and she was super friendly! When you ball out like that, it deserves to be recognized. Thank you for the great experiences every Sunday! From your fav random customer walking in the store in smeared eye black smelling like a baseball field

I would caution against ordering from this Moe's location for delivery. After around 2 years of ordering from this location several times a month, we're finally giving up. The food order is always wrong, dry, or bland.
We almost always exclusively order Stacks at this location because it is by far the best item Moe's makes. Every single time, there's no queso in it. If you look up the description for the Stack on their website, the main feature is the queso. That's the whole selling point. You also get the option of a free sauce on the side. That never shows up no matter how many times I request it. They don't usually forget the salsa, though, so I don't know how hard it is to grab the extra free sauces. I paid extra for guacamole in the Stacks multiple times, still never get any. You know what no queso and no guac means? A dry mouthful of stale, greasy rice.
The overall feeling from the staff at this location is an utter lack of care. Sure, a job is a job, but no one cares about the quality or accuracy of the food going out. They don't even care about these reviews. I ordered once for pickup and it was the only genuinely good meal we had from this location. But ordering for delivery? It all goes wrong. Don't waste your money on delivery, service fees, and tips. Just eat in, and even then the workers are almost always disgruntled and distracted, even when the restaurant is empty, which it frequently is.

1 person doing catering, to go orders, and EVERYTHING inside. Gonna be waiting 30 minutes standing in line to get food. Ordered steak burrito and I'm not exaggerating I literally got two tiny cubed pieces of steak on the entire burrito after standing in line for 30 minutes. I have half a mind to call my bank and refund the order. Would put 0 stars if possible.

Last night we ordered Moe‘s through Uber Eats and the delivery was great, it came within 3035 minutes, which would’ve been the same amount of time driving there and back however, the actual food was not great. They forgot the salsa, they forgot the queso on the nachos, they forgot the chili lime sauce on the side. I paid six bucks for a cup of queso and got maybe 10 extra chips in a bag. The stack was not closed all the way, so everything was falling out of it. It was just not a great experience for the amount of money you paid..
Nice dinner. Dad actually had good things to say about his burrito and finished it in one sitting.

Just threw out the $13 burrito. Asked for white meat chicken no clue what the meat was on it. It was dark, fatty and seemed old. 2nd time I’ve had to throw out food from there. Not going back. Did call and suggest they cook fresh chicken!

Great Lunch today at Moe’s The homewrecker never disappoints with double adobo chicken. Great service and freah hot nacho chips.
I think this was the first time I came to Moe's and my food wasn't portioned right. I was given a plethora of chips for my nachos and not enough toppings. When I finished eating, I had only eaten a small amount of chips because I didn't have enough of everything else. And the guy that fixed my food, I think he was just distracted and didn't do it right.
