If I have to wait 1520 minutes, I'm just gonna go to a restaurant real resturant. It's not fast food, and it's way too expensive

I stopped by the plaza today and decided to try the Panda Express in Wellington. A group walked in just ahead of me, but when they saw I was alone, they kindly let me go first, even the customers were nice. I was greeted by Emma, who was patient, polite, and helpful while I ordered. I got the Big Plate with rice, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, and sesame chicken. I mentioned that I was a military veteran, showed my ID, and they gave me a discount. It truly made me feel appreciated when they thanked me for my service. I’ll definitely be back — what a great experience!

5$ for a small rice scoop. Chow mein is ninety percent cabbage stem. Portions are now so small.I ordered double honey walnut and am still hungry. I'm not even fat.

My family have been devotees for years… like >10 years… two things we consistently order, walnut shrimp and Beijing beef because we love those two items (among other things). We’ve noticed over the past few months the Beijing beef has changed from being the crispy yet tender beef to being a pile of soft breaded mush. Then tonight the walnut shrimp was also mushy and disappointing with some random flavor. All I can say is that we’d won’t be ordering those two items anymore and hope we don’t have to cross anymore off the list! Get your supplier back please! 🙏

I can honestly say I did not eat the food here I picked up an order for someone else however, while I was there, Kevin assisted me with the order. He demonstrated excellent customer service, courteousness professionalism, and made the experience very pleasant
Unfortunately, I saw him being aggressively mistreated (bullied) by another employee there directly over the food, and it was sad to watch as not only did Kevin not display any aggression whatsoever, while the other person even put their hands in Kevin’s face; but it may be wonder where the manager was to allow such conduct directly in front of customers.
My opinion, Kevin displayed unbelievable self control and professionalism under such a provocative situation and makes it worth going there.
Ordered fried rice, honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken, large strawberry soda. Food was hot and flavorful. Soda was very cold and delicious. Reporting live from SSNRADI0.

So I ordered through GrubHub and my order got mistaken for another because of our names being very similar. To decrease the delay The assistant manager Blanca went Above & Beyond and chose to deliver my food personally. I also work in the restaurant business as a manager and I must say this is impressive and inspiring thank you so much for your hard work and dedication it is appreciated. God bless 🌻

Hissa, Emma and the rest of the staff were great. Nobody waited in line for more then a couple of minutes, the food was great, and the staff were cleaning constantly in the lobby to keep it clean and fresh. great job guys!

This place needs to do better. They have all this staff for it to still be chaos inside when you go in. I don’t know why they wait until they run out of something before they decide to make it & then you have people unnecessarily waiting even longer for food. Then they just have staff either standing around looking clueless or there’s one person in the back replenishing the food. All of this chaos isn’t worth the quality of the food. While you’re waiting for food to be made fresh, the box of food you have sitting is getting cold. They need to figure it out
