I stopped by the plaza today and decided to try the Panda Express in Wellington. A group walked in just ahead of me, but when they saw I was alone, they kindly let me go first, even the customers were nice. I was greeted by Emma, who was patient, polite, and helpful while I ordered. I got the Big Plate with rice, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, and sesame chicken. I mentioned that I was a military veteran, showed my ID, and they gave me a discount. It truly made me feel appreciated...
I can honestly say I did not eat the food here I picked up an order for someone else however, while I was there, Kevin assisted me with the order. He demonstrated excellent customer service, courteousness professionalism, and made the experience very pleasant

So I ordered through GrubHub and my order got mistaken for another because of our names being very similar. To decrease the delay The assistant manager Blanca went Above & Beyond and chose to deliver my food personally. I also work in the restaurant business as a manager and I must say this is impressive and inspiring thank you so much for your hard work and dedication it is appreciated.
