Twice now, they have left out major ingredients to my online breakfast sandwich order. By the time I eat my sandwich I am already at work and am not able to have it corrected. Very frustrating.

0 Stars for me I wish I could post with 0 stars. Panera needs to hire morning people. The workers energies were off. Based on how you are that’s how food is. Not everyone can work with food. I wasted $20. Last time I made an order they had my order wrong (I couldn’t go back and ask them to change it because I was already at work.) Today I ordered in store the sandwich didn’t taste good they barely put avocado, my Crembule iced latte tastes bitter. Yea I won’t be coming back for breakfast.

The Mac and cheese bowl had the smallest amount of Mac and cheese I’ve ever seen. There was probably 15 pieces of macaroni in it.

This is one of those places where you go to have a good meal and relax. Have a conversation with someone or do some work on your computer. Food is great and consistent no matter which one you go to.
This particular one I like cause is not extremely busy and the staff is really nice. It is very clean and the food is spot on all the time. I don't remember ever having to return anything cause it was the wrong thing or didn't like it or nothing. It feels like every time I go, they have some new item to try. And the sweets are all sooo good! Love the cinnamon rolls and coffee cakes. The cons are really good too. Don't forget, unlimited coffee!!!
I had this time the Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt and the Mexican Street Corn Chowder. Both are so good.
I recommend this Panera or any other one.

I’ve been coming to this Panera Bread location for over 5 years and I even have the Unlimited Sip Club membership. Sadly, every afternoon it’s the same story: there’s either no coffee left or what’s left is cold. I don’t use microwaves because they’re toxic, so this is a real issue for me.
The music is often way too loud — instead of creating a relaxed atmosphere, it becomes overwhelming and distracting, especially when trying to read, work, or simply enjoy a moment of peace.
Many times I’ve had to clean my own table, which should never happen in an establishment like this. While I truly enjoy the food and most of the employees are friendly and helpful, the general management of this location feels careless and disconnected.
On several occasions, I’ve also witnessed loud, aggressive arguments from a group of older men who meet here regularly. They speak and shout as if they’re at home, completely disregarding families, children, or elderly customers around them. It’s unacceptable and creates an uncomfortable environment.
This location has great potential, but it desperately needs better supervision, a calmer atmosphere, and basic respect for loyal customers who come here every day.

Always out of something, usually light roast coffee or half and half. Then a ten minute wait for it to be refilled. Outside tables have no umbrellas, sidewalk is always dirty, and chairs are covered in bird poop. But food is good. Get it to go or eat inside and be prepared to wait.

I prefer this location. In general, the orders are consistently correct. On another note, I used to go more often and one of the morning chefs used to make my bagel sandwich really full like my dad used to 😊 it’s also nice seeing little groups of people there in the morning, chatting over coffee.
Wheelchair accessibility: Someone would need to hold the door open, which the customers usually do for other customers.
Ladies bathroom was a little gross.
