I order pizza online on Halloween. Unfortunately the estimate was 45 minutes to pick it up which was going to make me late. So I tried to call to cancel. But they were so busy they couldn't answer. So you're wondering where I gave him five stars? I called them a couple hours later, they did answer, I explain what happened and they made me another pizza. Great service

Ordered a lg pizza 2 hours went by and still didnt get my pizza. After I canceled my order my door bell shows the guy walk up and drop the food and drink on the floor. He didnt even knock or ring the door bell. Ill never order from this place again

I had an incident with one of their pizzas it was over baked... they had no problem exchanging and making a brand new one for me and that impressed me even though I had a little hassle with the girl behind the counter the manager stepped in and got me a new pizza!!

The guy working the register this afternoon was so great, he was so informative to everyone that came in and respectful. Helped me order through my phone as I was having a hard time using my code even tho he had a lot to do and I appreciate him a lot definitely deserves a raise!! 03/24/2025

Why not just buy a frozen pizza. Jeeze. Girlfriend said her boneless garlic parmesan wings sucked too. Chewy. Cold. Very greasy.
I love this papa John’s, Zach was so helpful, kind, and patient with me when I messed up my online order, his great customer service skills allowed him to be able to quickly help me find a solution from me ordering a pick up versus a delivery. I can’t thank him enough and there fast delivery services as well, the driver was also very kind and ensured I had everything before giving me the dood. The food was delicious, hot, fresh and didn’t miss a thing per usual!

DONT EAT HERE!!! You will get sick ? the people making the pizza ? have string bracelets on and it’s rubbing all over the food, the same bracelet he wore from home and use the bathroom with rubbing all over the pizza and cheese I saw it and I pointed it out to the lady at the front and she acted like she didn’t see I walked out instantly. This need to be reported to the state, they shouldn’t operate this is a health issue very serious. I am going to look into how to report this to the proper authorities because for all you know people are already getting sick. It’s nasty
