David Hogue and his staff knocked it out of the park for our company luncheon. He made a stressful task (from past experience from other food locations) feel like it should when ordering food for larger events. He made me feel like a valued customer from start to finish. Placing the food order was easy no hassle. Great BBQ, sides and service. I opted for the half rack rib (short ribs )combo with quarter chicken dark. Sides were Mac and Cheese and coleslaw. Bread was cornbread. I did not add any sauce and I’m glad I didn’t. Everything was cooked perfectly, tasted great and made it easy for me to clear my plate. I can recommend it for anytime. I will be visiting again to try other menu items like the Adam and Eve sandwich and St Louis style ribs.
