Absolutely horrible. Came in at 5:30pm on a Tuesday to one person working front of house and two in kitchen. Line out the door, poor girl had to deal with everyone including take out and food running. Absolutely horrible management, dirty restaurant, and overpriced food. Change your ways or this will go out of business. Management should be ashamed for how they have given up on this once decent restaurant.

It's horrible, the soup was not hot, the shushi was dry, the rice didn't even taste good, and on top of that the roll had no taste. I just left and had to leave all the food behind. I tried to finish it all but it was just too horrible to even eat it.

Love this place! Great food at amazing prices, and my kids love it too. Can't say enough good things about Pei Wei. Everything I have tried on the menu has been excellent, and I have tried a lot of it. My wife keeps a very healthy diet and they have lots of options for her, including the new addition of cauliflower rice to the menu. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Location is clean and we'll kept.

I love the food! It was amazing! The guy behind the cashier was super sweet and patient but the lady that brought us the food was incredibly rude. I wouldn't recommend this location because of her.

I loved the food and everything except this one server was incredibly rude. She cursed to the cooks and disrupted the entire restaurant. She huffed when we didn't understand who's order was who's. She talked rudely about us and everyone could hear her. She also was on her phone whenever she didn't have to bring food or when she wasn't complaining. Only giving it two stars because the food was pretty good and the man that stood behind the cashier was super sweet and patient. Beyond impressed with how good this Pei Wei is. The food is spot on. But more so the staff is incredible! The manager is just a stand up guy! Don't find like people like that anymore. They maybe busy that's just shows how good they are. So if you have to wait don't be angry with them.

2nd time that the food was not ready when ordered 1 hour ahead of time. Out of food when we picked up the order. How do you run out of egg rolls at 6:30pm?? Last time same thing. Managers act like they don't know what's going on. Last time we order from here.
