We live up in Jupiter, my husband and I. Rollatini is catering our daughters wedding in a few months. We didn’t attend the tasting menu with the kids as the grooms family is paying for catering and bar. So I surprised my husband the other night by bringing him in for dinner so that we could have our own treat! I think our server’s name was James and he was outstanding! The ambiance is pleasant with soft music, making it a quiet place for catching up and a favorite choice for visitors. The food is good and amazing, featuring traditional Italian classics done well, with big and amazing portion sizes. Specific meals like the lamb shank with spaghetti, toasted raviolis, eggplant rollatini, garlic bread, and bolognese are all highlighted. The plate presentation is elegant yet rustic. Service is stellar, very friendly, helpful, and attentive, with staff taking special care. Prices are reasonable, and the early dinner is amazingly priced. It is considered the best Italian restaurant around and a fabulous place to book a meal.
